Sanya Simple Smart Hotel

The room is clean and smart. The front desk lady is very nice. The environment is very convenient and easy to find. The soundproofing is also good. Highly recommended. The safety factor is also OK. It is very close to various attractions. Highly recommended

My daughter and I ended up at the Simple Smart Hotel by accident. I booked another hotel on trip.com, but when we entered the room, I almost fell over: dirt, mold, stench... It's good that I saved the hotels I was choosing from. The Simple Smart Hotel was nearby, I came to the hotel, asked through a translator to show me the room, looked around, was happy, and my daughter and I moved to this super hotel. The room is clean, bright, large. From the window you can see Phoenix Island, the sea glimmers, it is especially beautiful in the evening. It takes 4 minutes to walk to the beach. The hotel is small, neat, clean. The room has a kettle and air conditioning, a "smart home" system, and a bouquet of live bamboo. The room has good soundproofing, we only sometimes heard a tenant returning to the room opposite in the evening, but otherwise we did not hear our neighbors at all. Cleaning is done instantly upon request. Bed linen and towels are also changed upon request. The girls at the reception are wonderful: they communicated through a translator on the phone, resolved all requests instantly. We were the only Belarusians in this quiet and nice hotel, the rest of the residents were Chinese. There is a tram line and a bus stop under the windows. There are a lot of Chinese cafes, shops with vegetables and coconuts everywhere. And the local life is in full swing, we found it very interesting. The only drawback is that there are two huge construction sites right across the road towards the sea, and for the first few days it seemed to me that the Chinese were building day and night. Then they seemed to finish at 11 pm, and without days off) I think that when the construction is finished, the view of Phoenix Island will already be closed. We had a late check-out from the room, and then we left our suitcases downstairs and went for a walk. Conclusion: the room is cool, for this price, I think we were looking for gold, but found a diamond. Clean, cozy, quiet, close to the sea and transport, the center of Sanya.
