是公寓式酒店，房間大，乾淨，安靜，在涼台可看到海。離海月廣場幾分鐘，出行方便。缺點就是沐浴的蓬蓬頭、熱水器以及洗臉盆都有點舊了，用起來不舒服。

性價比太高了，老闆服務也很到位，態度特別好，位置好，出門就是椰夢長廊，樓下超市飯店啥啥都有，而且隔音效果好，前面是金鳳凰酒店，旁邊是喜來登 設施：完善 衞生：好 環境：好 服務：好

房間很大 直麪大海 海上還挺熱鬧有好多大船，還有些遊客遊玩的遊艇、尾波沖浪艇、摩託艇這些，景觀讓人心情舒暢，我們一大家人出遊 來之前也做了不少攻略這一站全體最滿意的一站，一進房間家裡長者小朋友都特開心，房間廚房用品齊全自己開火也很方便，自己做了一頓，一大家吃的很開心。 工作人員很熱情有問必答， 周邊很熱鬧想吃什麼買什麼附近基本都有，下樓過條街就是沙灘海邊這邊挺熱鬧的不像其它灣區。 下次再來三亞也不折騰了直接在這邊多住幾天

房間很大，夠一家人居住，公寓還算乾淨，設施齊全，但有點舊了，不影響使用，老闆服務到位，有求必應，公寓地理位置很好，處於市中心海月廣場附近，周圍商業已經很成熟，可看見地標建築鳳凰島，幾分鐘可步行到海灘遊玩，可作為一家人落腳的好地方。
