衞生：主卧枕套有臭抹布味，房間裏還有下水道反的異味，浴缸壁上很厚一層垢，床單上還有別人的毛髮。衹能説衞生是搞了但是做的不乾淨也不規範
環境：外部環境還不錯，內部可以看得出來原本裝修還行，但是維護的很一般。
設施：説是有泡池 裏面完全沒有水 系統是壞的，還落滿了樹葉。有廚房但是砧板和刀都很臟有黴味
服務：入住連礦泉水都沒有，5天完全沒有打掃過衞生換過毛巾床單。之前也定過這個小區的房子都是出入有高爾夫車接送，有管家送外賣快遞，也有打掃。這傢什麼都沒有，就一句話我們私人的沒有的 不然你住別家去
想要舒適度家特別是想帶小朋友去的真的不太合適。比較後悔。可能團建，年輕人找個地方喝酒+躺屍比較合適

和姐妹來一場説走就走的旅行，舟山是個很美的地方，我們住的這家酒店位置真的超讚，離東沙海邊超近，下樓溜達就是沙灘了，方便又很省事，玩的很開心😁房間乾淨整潔，還有大大的落地窗和陽台，在房間可以看到非常漂亮的海景，來舟山遊玩十分推薦入住這裏！

總體很不錯非常不錯的體驗，位置非常好，在陽台就能看到亞特蘭蒂斯酒店，迎賓樓後面還有非常大的淡水游泳池，還有一大片的椰子樹風景非常美麗，起床的第一縷陽光照進來順窗户望去都是別墅區。房間環境也是非常的豪華上檔次，設施也是非常齊全。來過三亞很多回，我住過很多公寓別墅，我感覺這家公寓是我在三亞最好！
