非常舒適的室內佈局，房間乾淨整齊清爽。能做飯，所有傢俱設施一應俱全，拎包入住。周圍綠化環境很好，陽台外面看到高爾夫球場和一面湖水，令人心曠神怡。最關鍵的是熱情的房東令人難忘這次短暫的旅遊。下次來，還選擇住這裏。

兩個房間兩個衞生間夠一家六口入住。環境衞生好，特別是前台姐姐的服務很到位，缺什麼立馬就送過來了，有啥問題也第一時間上門解決，沒得挑。離海邊也不遠，散散步就走到了。很滿意。

總的來説非常好的一次入住體驗，交通很方便，出門就是亞龍灣主幹道，報的分界洲島一日行的車也是路過門口的；往前走一點就是亞龍灣燒烤夜市和百花谷，吃住都很方便；再往前就是亞龍灣海灘，游完泳還能回來洗換下，房間設備很齊全可洗衣服還有冰箱。很不錯！

去亞龍灣玩強烈推薦！離海邊近，小區安靜安全，房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨，設施新，用具全，很適合居家旅行。老闆娘服務周到，特別熱心。下次還會再來。

酒店老闆人好很熱情，對周邊景點、飯店、水果店等情況都很熟悉～酒店住的很舒適，雙客雙衞的格局很奈斯，裝修也是精裝修，舒適乾淨～酒店在海邊和熱帶雨林中間位置，去哪裡也都比較方便～

看到僅有幾條評論，全是好評，還是覺得客觀一點：房子表面看還可以，但住後各種問題，房子10多年了，年久失修，各種破舊和損壞，請看圖片。洗衣機聲音像拖拉機！房子太舊也導致太潮濕，有各種蟲子，其中最恐怖的就是蜈蚣！住了1個月，房間裏發現過3次！第一次在床邊發現嚇死了，趕緊連夜買了殺蟲劑（見圖）。一夜都沒睡好，夜裡起來又把能堵的洞都堵上。房間不密封還導致風大的晚上，就像住在呼嘯山莊！因為帶了小孩不太方便，就將就住到期，後來在小區門口發現還有別的民宿，比較了下他們的客房，發現如果中途裝修過的會好點。另外關於房東，阿姨看着是還好，但如果住的久，還是簽個協議或合同吧，原因就不多説了

非常棒的體驗，老闆人很好，山東人，特別熱情，樸實，孩子腿受傷了，老闆主動幫忙去葯店買葯，孩子爸爸腿腳不便，老闆又親自騎摩託給送到海邊。沒去淄博玩，在這家民宿感受到了山東人的熱情，厚道!另外這家民宿位置好，安靜，小區環境好，被服很乾凈。
