我住了9天8晚奔着獨立院子和泳池來的。先説説好的！1是環境安靜適合養老。2是被子乾淨沒有潮味兒。3是每天都有打掃的姐姐。4是離海邊還有超市比較近走路10多分鐘就到。5是老闆服務很好，正好趕上我兒子感冒和降温，老闆給加了一床被子。6是園區有業主服務車，想去超市和海邊可以乘車。就是需要等待。
再説説體驗不好的。1是這邊大多是老年人（我這些天就看見老年人中年人居多。而且有很多養老公寓）一到晚上安靜的嚇人。我帶我媽媽和7歲兒子一到晚上有一點聲音都怕有人翻進我們院子。也許是我們膽子小！2是屋子裡的環境加東西都太陳舊了。窗簾一拉動掉灰！邊角的衞生不糾結了。不矯情！差不多就行。希望翻新收拾收拾吧，會更好！3是洗手池沒有熱水。不適合長者孩子！4是有蟲子！蟑螂之類的！我點蚊香薰死好幾衹。（可以理解畢竟一樓）這不是三亞，屬於海棠灣與清水灣交界處。走一段路就是陵水。比三亞要温度低2-3度左右。洗東西不愛幹！5是點外賣啥的貴！一些店需要滿多少才送。外賣買葯也貴！同樣的感冒葯在這買就比我在三亞灣買貴10多塊錢。
這是我住這些天的感受。喜歡安靜的環境還有獨立門院還有泳池選這很好。分享幾張美顏過的照片……

別墅很大!位置很好找的。點外賣也很方便，去海邊是真的很近很近。居住的寶子們，夏天到了，蚊蟲比較多，可以先噴一點殺蟲劑然後點蚊香。一下子就好啦

沒想到這麼好。空調特別特別強勁，三亞35度，整套房子卻都冰冷！！最最關鍵，一樓居然！居然沒蚊子太神奇啦！泳池也比想象的大，剛到的時候超級乾淨，沒有落葉，沒有蚊蟲屍體，很喜歡，推薦了很多朋友……下次還想來……
