Simon was extremely helpful - he picked us up from the port and helped us get a really early boat off the island in the morning. Located close to the sea, and you can rent e scooters or tricycles from the place. Highly recommended.

差評差評差評，第一次給差評，原本懷着期待的心去旅遊，明明定的是西海小院，到了之後卻告訴我，西海小院分為a棟b棟，然後入住的卻是另外一個民宿！預訂的房型完全跟圖片完全不一致，你既然分為a棟跟b棟，那為什麼預訂的時候不寫清楚？明明白白消費，這不是忽悠人嗎？給一分，不是説他能得一分，而是最低就衹能給一分，不然我直接給個負分了！非常的氣憤

有接送服務這點還是不錯的。開始以為小院是那種有院子的，去了才知道就是一個單獨的房子。而且門口的那個吊椅是不能用的，網上看的可以魚療的地方也沒有見到，給每棟樓配的管家經常不在，而且問她什麼都是不知道的。所以這次住得真的不是很滿意。

服務：服務特別好，人還會問你到沒到關心你的路程還有專車接送，阿鵬人非常健談聊天幽默風趣跟他聊天不需要害怕説錯什麼話，酒店有時候還有修貓

房間設施很乾凈，住着比酒店舒適，提前跟店家聯繫，上島後會告訴你接待中心的位置，我先寄存的行李直接去玩，店家給我發了份遊玩攻略，照着上面的攻略玩很省心，五六點鐘店家騎着小電車過來接我，還很熱心的給我介紹民宿周邊情況，晚上拿着店裡免費提供的趕海工具，騎着店裡免費的自行車去趕海

民宿在景區和漁村的中門第一間鋪面是前台，我們來了在來中門前台接待中心門口吃網紅冰淇淋，超級好吃，在門口買了一些水果，接着，老闆安排免費用車送我們到民宿入住，民宿房間很乾凈漂亮，床品也很舒服很乾凈，西島太好玩了，老闆管家熱情服務周到
