房間很乾凈，本來是1房的，因為訂滿了免費給我調到了2房帶庭院的別墅，停車免費，非常非常好停放，室內空間很大，很舒適，空調很給力，有冰箱，洗衣機都很方便，出門就是商場，夜宵城很近，幾分鐘可以到亞龍灣海邊的沙灘，非常的合適。

設施：我們住的兩室的套房，很齊全，房間大還有投影儀，WIFI 空調設施也很給力，可以自己做飯免費提供廚具。 衞生：小區衞生乾淨每天都有人打掃。 環境：住在小區很安靜，沒有人打擾，小區有公共泳池水質乾淨有專人負責。離海邊走路十分鐘，周邊也有商業街不過比較貴，開車來的建議去市區消費便宜一點。 服務：我們趕在五一假期前去的。老闆非常熱情，車停久了沒電了老闆還免費上門幫忙搭電。本來準備住幾天就走的結果住了十幾天😄過來下次還選這裏。性價比高（๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵）👍

小區環境很好！房間設施稍微有點舊，但想想雙衞雙卧的房間，大大的客廳，陽台外面的好風景和價格還是覺得很值得。和旁邊的星級酒店比價格實在是很美麗。有洗衣機，冰箱，微波爐。夏天度假有冰箱和洗衣機這點特別滿意。小區周邊吃飯很方便，對面是亞泰中心，有很多吃的，步行幾百米是更加繁華的百花谷商業中心。外賣可以送到樓上。離亞龍灣海灘步行需要10多分鐘。出行還是比較方便。下次度假還會考慮這裏。
