前台小高服務積極，態度好。這裏的房間寬敞，通風好，採光好，可以看到三亞河河景。個人覺得住着還可以所以又續住了幾天。

酒店位於市市中心，交通便利，吃飯很方便。附近也有購物中心，房間很敞亮，寬敞，也很乾凈。還有就是前台的姐姐特別温柔。

很難相信是2020年開業的酒店，地理位置絕佳！但是室內傢俱已經有年久失修的跡象，27層的大樓卻衹有一個客梯在正常使用！但是價格擺在這裏也不過多批判了

憑良心給的真實點評，設施已經老舊，浴缸都發黃了，沐浴的東西也很次，床頭燈根本不管用就是個擺設，最過分的就是，晚上十二點多竟然有人拿房卡打開了我的門，幸虧當時有朋友正好到訪，説了一句“誰呀！”那個人沒進來，再從貓眼看已經沒人了，毫無安全性，整個大廈三個電梯衹有一個開放，停車一晚上四十，等等…這個價格太不值得了！從未給過差評，第一次，沒有惡意，衹是太氣憤，事實所述！

首先這個價格在三亞市區住完全可以租到性價比更高的，其次圖片拍的很大，很乾凈。實際情況是房間非常破，（30年的酒店了、我暈死）跟圖片不符合，衞生間的百葉窗搖搖欲墜，一堆爛鐵堆在那裡帶着銹跡斑斑，陽台的燈是壞的，床頭的插銷座是脱落的，整個房間陰森森，鬼知道這一晚上我是怎麼熬過的。更重要的是，房間有異味，是晚上睡覺會被數次薰醒的臭，持續散發著，無奈蒙在被子裏缺氧的睡。是我住過的最爛的酒店。太差了！完全就是糊弄。前台也情緒不穩定，

酒店周邊的市場裏購物和吃東西都非常方便，物美價廉。酒店的內部設施完善，我們住的頂樓二十七樓樓，非常好的觀景效果，前可觀海，後可觀湖，夜晚也可以欣賞到城市的燈光夜景秀，屬於低調的奢華，為客人考慮得很周到。酒店全面禁煙，這一點也是必須要重點介紹的，相信不吸煙的朋友是會理解我的意思。酒店前台和客房服務人員素質都特別高，特別是前台白天值班戴眼鏡的小姑娘，服務熱情周到，讓住客有賓至如歸的感覺。
