房間乾淨整潔。有熱水壺，茶壺，冰箱，陽台有洗衣機，還有個鞦韆，挺不錯的。店員人都很nice，社恐人員狂喜。門外就是公交站牌，附近也有超市和餐廳，都是走走就到的距離，去哪都挺方便。

在崖州科技城，離三亞市中心還有50多，公里小區內部環境很好，小區門口有些小的飲食店和超市，自駕可以，其他交通方式的不推薦。房子比較新，但衞生打掃真的不行，牆角有一團團的頭髮、還有蟲*、灰塵，和客服説了讓用吸塵器吸一下灰，結果來打掃的説沒吸塵器。客廳裏沒有紙巾，晚上廚房裡還有小蟑螂。好好的一套房子全毀在衞生上。

非常推薦這家酒店，房間內設施對長者很友好，樓下就是泳池，白天坐在陽台很舒服。環境也不錯，地下停車位更是很好停
