1、房間在3樓沒有電梯，竟然沒有工作人員幫忙抬行李，樓梯也很窄
2、入住後打算洗澡，下水道是堵的，大叔來修理説是頭髮，就算是弄好了？沐浴露也是空的，到底房間設施是沒有人檢查的嗎？
3、店家請看視頻的出水量讓人怎麼洗澡？火就來了，一出廁所抬頭.廊道都長黴了，整個人都不舒服
