The guest accommodation, on the sixth floor of a commercial and residential building, is privately run - or so it seems - and is centrally located in Sanya, in the second row from the main road. The entrance is behind a private parking lot. Unfortunately there is no sign. If you enter the address in the route planner, you will find the entrance. The reception was friendly.
The rooms - I also looked at the ones next door - are not completely up to date. The photos on the website promise more.
The room had a balcony with a sink.
A kettle and detergent were kindly provided on request.
Overall, the price-performance ratio was reasonable.
There are many small shops in the area. There is a large selection of food. Around the corner there is a pedestrian bridge that is nicely lit in the evenings. At the foot of the bridge, couples were dancing to Uighur music, or so I thought :).
The beach is not far; about 15 minutes on foot. The view of Phoenix Island with its striking buildings is particularly impressive in the evenings.

The room was originally not good. The electricity kept tripping. I checked out more than half an hour before 12 o'clock and the entire deposit was deducted. No wonder it is so cheap and it depends on the deposit. I hope to read the reviews when I stay here.
