首先衞生非常乾淨，裝修也比較考究，比較新。實木傢俱非常喜歡，其次空間大通風條件比較好，再次樓下的魚池很好看，裏面養着錦鯉游來游去，孩子比較喜歡在魚池旁邊玩，最後是晾曬條件特別好，可以上頂樓晾曬，孩子玩沙灘的衣服可以洗完去曬，有一個超大的頂樓平台而且有頂棚有桌椅，也可以在上面吹吹風小憩一會兒。原本衹在平台約了一天，然後看到條件比較好又線下續了三天，是這次三亞行住的時間最長的酒店，強烈推薦。

最開始的房間裏蚊子很多，洗手間的鏡子上，床的邊緣，電視機上，衣架上都是蚊子，半小時我打了幾十衹蚊子（部分蚊子見圖）。最開始和店家溝通想換個蚊子少、不吵的房間（因為打開窗是馬路很吵，關上窗後還是可以聽到車來車往的聲音），但是店家不同意，（店家説有蚊香和吸蚊器，但是我自己全部打開了很長一段時間，不管用。另外，人一出去，電斷了，吸蚊器就更不會工作了。）後來我找了店家很多次，把幾衹到處飛的蚊子指給店家看，才同意換房，但是新的房間還是有蚊子，我實在沒精力再折騰了。另外新的房間也有隔音不好的問題，關門後門外的聲音吵得睡不好。總結：蚊子多，隔音差，不要住！休息不好👎

來三亞出差，在去哪看到了正山堂，一上來就被名字吸引了，來了後果然沒有讓我失望，乾淨、整潔、寬敞、有特色、服務也非常好！住了5晚，全程感受非常舒服，下次再來三亞還會選正山堂
