The apartment is not cleaned and not maintained properly. The balcony door is broken, the chair/sofa at the balcony is extremely dirty and soiled.
Sofa and other furniture are also looked old and wear and tear kind of condition.
No spoon or butter knife is provided.

We booked two deluxe seaview rooms, which were comfortable and clean. The staff at check in were friendly and helped us with translation. We extended our stay here. Nice and relaxing with a lovely pool.

This hotel located at phoenix Island, phoenix island have 5 buildings looks same, we stayed in D building our hotel run by a small group hotel. All swimming pool without water

I got to live here after the hotel I booked originally cancelled while in the flight to Sanya. It isn’t a place I’d ordinarily stay in but it did the job- accommodated me. It’s called sky-view but was given the 7th floor. The walls are so thin so I could hear neighbors and their noisy children the entire 5 nights I was there. Check in was a nightmare. I was dropped in one building, took to another to check in and then taken to another to my room. The room’s keys were not available when I got to my door so I had wait, luggage and all. WiFi was immensely unstable by day 3. Thin pillows that I had to use the couch cushion as an auxiliary.

Room on the 12th floor having very nice terrace with great view on the sea!
The room itself though needs a renovation - e.g. scratched or dirty walls, broken tiles under the shower, lose towel hooks.
Outdoor pool at our building was unfortunately closed so I cannot give any opinion on that.

The sea view room is amazing, with a great view. You can see the sea when you open the window. The view is better than many star-rated hotels. The balcony is spacious and bright, very comfortable, but the facilities are a bit old.

I paid on the spot to upgrade to a higher floor, but my Ctrip points upgrade was useless. After adding more than 420 yuan per room, I found that it was just a higher floor. The facilities need to be improved. It feels too old and shabby. The floor displayed by the elevator is different from the actual floor. The room door is worse than a rough room. The door lock looks like you can pull it out with your hands, and the automatic curtain switch is broken. Breakfast is delivered to the room. There are battery cars to enter and exit the island.
