We booked two deluxe seaview rooms, which were comfortable and clean. The staff at check in were friendly and helped us with translation. We extended our stay here. Nice and relaxing with a lovely pool.

This hotel located at phoenix Island, phoenix island have 5 buildings looks same, we stayed in D building our hotel run by a small group hotel. All swimming pool without water

I got to live here after the hotel I booked originally cancelled while in the flight to Sanya. It isn’t a place I’d ordinarily stay in but it did the job- accommodated me. It’s called sky-view but was given the 7th floor. The walls are so thin so I could hear neighbors and their noisy children the entire 5 nights I was there. Check in was a nightmare. I was dropped in one building, took to another to check in and then taken to another to my room. The room’s keys were not available when I got to my door so I had wait, luggage and all. WiFi was immensely unstable by day 3. Thin pillows that I had to use the couch cushion as an auxiliary.

Room on the 12th floor having very nice terrace with great view on the sea!
The room itself though needs a renovation - e.g. scratched or dirty walls, broken tiles under the shower, lose towel hooks.
Outdoor pool at our building was unfortunately closed so I cannot give any opinion on that.

A gorgeous room in an interesting hotel! Everything met expectations. The view from the room is a dream!
You can get from the island across the bridge by a free car, which runs from early morning until late at night.
The refrigerator did not work. I asked for an iron - they did not bring it.

Deluxe room with a huge quiet bed, great view from the balcony, motorized curtains, lighting of the walls and work area. Great place for photo/video shooting. Cons - no tea and coffee in the room, inconvenient that the shower and toilet are in different corners of the apartments, slippery floor. There are no cafes around, only a shop with fruits and drinks. The deposit was not returned because of stains on the sheets and pillows, so do not repeat my mistake, cover them with something if you are planning a hot night)
