酒店大門走到三亞灣的沙灘最多5分鐘（圖9）在陽台上可以聽到海浪聲。酒店的衞生非常好，我這處女座都滿意，雖然不是很新的裝修但是給人感覺像民國公館，整齊而簡潔乾淨，每四個房間共有一個較大的廳，廳外是寬敞的陽台，晾衣服很方便。樓下的泳池也比較寬，雖然有落葉但是挺乾淨的，沒有那種消毒粉的氣味；每天一樓院子的早餐品種豐富，味道也很贊。還可以提前約接送機，酒店的工作人員都很親切，這家酒店價格很實惠，出行也挺方便的，以後有機會還會來住。

作為此次三亞之行的第一站，我感覺還是非常物超所值的，雖然設施一般，但酒店位置不錯，離機場近，貼近生活區，離海灘也近。特別適合第一次來三亞的朋友打尖。我們第一天抵達三大亞航班延誤了，但是酒店還是耐心派人免費接我們，路上還給我們介紹三亞情況，非常熱情好客，頓時心情大好。本人特別喜歡出遊第一天選一家接地氣的酒店，這家酒店感覺完美契合。到一座城市旅行，就像跟一個姑娘談戀愛，得循序漸進，先摸清她的脾氣性格，再深入瞭解。

衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：有泳池，走廊還可以曬衣服，靠近西島和大小洞天景區
服務：很好👌不用提醒的每天主動給打掃衞生，有的時候還會把空調給打開等我們回去

房間很大，還有公共客廳，到椰夢長廊的海邊很近，可以起來看日出，下午的落日也很美，有單獨的泳池，但春節期間水太涼就沒有下去！如果是一家人去旅遊住這很好，有陽台可以涼衣服，早餐在樓下，生活很方便！

非常滿意的一次旅行，房間雖然裝修不新，但是衞生很好!重要的是服務態度很好，我接連續住了幾天，最後又換了一家試一下，結果後來的酒店沒有冰箱，這家店仍然讓我把水果放在他家。第二天來取水果，手機又落在他家，小妹幫我收藏好，等我回來取!非常感謝!下次來三亞還要住這家北京度假公館!

房間大稍顯陳舊，也許是晚上的原因，挺乾淨的，房間外面有客廳，適合一家人口多的，朋友一起也可以打打牌，有泳池但未開放，早餐就在門口還不錯！就是有點貴哦！
