The hotel is a little past its prime but the rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful and it is well positioned, just a short walk from Sanya Bay.

以為瘦死的駱駝比馬大，好歹也稱作四星啊？！萬萬沒想到這麼好的位置居然有這麼差設施的房間。大過年的人手少服務不好也算了，居然臟得連衞生間的沐浴液、洗髮液都發黑了（見圖）睡一晚上飛蟲咬得腿上全是紅瘡。看着一車車開進來的大巴遊客，我瞬間覺得這妥妥是欺負攜程散客，專挑最爛的房間！

都不建議入住。衞生差可以忍受。但是隔音之差。無法入睡。天空直升機轟鳴。樓上拖凳子不停。臨街過汽車噪音，本層隔壁手機來消息都聽見了.。其他房間和門廊撞門聲一夜不斷。整整一夜沒有入睡。
