旅館是沒有停車位的，自己去馬路邊找劃了格的公共免費停車位，停滿了的話，就衹能自己想辦法了。住6樓，沒電梯，衹能爬樓梯。電視機是壞的，開不了。廁所很臭。床單有點臟，應該不是天天換的。半夜12點多，已經睡著了，被人敲了兩下房門，然後直接用房卡開門了，開門後才問“有人嗎”我説幹嘛呀，她説“你們關門小聲點，這裡有長者住”然後就關門走了。我覺得這是她的藉口，因為即使真的有人投訴，她敲門瞭解情況就可以了，為什麼要拿房卡開別人門？即使要開門溝通，也應該是讓客人開門，而不是用房卡開別人門。

窗外正好看着崖州大橋和河景，車輛熙熙攘攘的，但是晚上還比較安靜，總的來説，店家的服務是非常不錯的，湖北的夫妻，辛辛苦苦的經營着這家店，什麼都是自己動手的，已經很不容易了，而且關鍵價格也不貴，畢竟崖洲這個地方都是小的賓館旅館，想要住高星級酒店的人就不要多想了，如果想在這裏睡一兩晚的，還是可以的，不過酒店是蹲坑式的，沒有馬桶。這是我要提醒大家的

單純住可以，不能洗澡，早上洗澡是涼水，放了超過5分鐘，左邊比游泳池還涼，右邊純涼水。來酒店前台找老闆，老闆不在酒店，打電話給老闆，還説早上熱水本來就比較温，我説那你陪我上樓看一下，老闆還過不來。真的不是我為難誰，早上洗頭髮用的涼水。京東自營一個熱水器普通才400，沒有熱水入住的時候怎麼不説，找前台老闆都不在，真的是很理智的在評價。無論設施如何這個都可以，但24小時熱水是入住最基本的。再怎麼做生意，做一次性的生意是做不長久的#房間設施

主要是選擇停車方便，入住衞生還沒有做，到大東海玩了兩小時後不能刷卡，又到總枱去辦理，窗一點開不開，感覺空調綢岀來風扇不自然，我們到三亞是享受空氣，真閉了，估計我本人不吸收這種空調新風，與賓館沒有關係，但是睡覺幾小時還是滿意的。

賓館在崖州古城附近，這一片有很多類似的私人賓館，附近的路邊上可以免費停車，不過有時候車位緊張要走很遠才停得到車，賓館設施比較老舊，床太硬，衹是住一晚還湊合。
