整體感覺不錯。交通很便利，離大東海旅遊區很近，不過去海棠灣周邊的景區距離還是比較遠的，打車100元多點，周邊很好打車。周邊買東西很方便，但價格不實惠。房間中規中矩吧，兩個卧室，有空調，衞生條件還能接受，畢竟價格在那呢。中間某個夜晚停電了，空調停了，直接熱醒，還被蚊子咬了一身疙瘩。

特意定了家庭旅館就是為了能自己做點簡餐，畢竟大東海這地方吃點順口的比登天都難，可是到這裏發現廚具是鎖起來的，五天以上才可以用……挺失望，而且房間雖大，裏面比較破舊，窗簾也沒有，早上第一縷陽光照進來就醒了……

國慶期間價格高是高了點，不過好在老闆娘很熱情，我們自駕遊，晚上11點多了，老闆娘還在等我們一家人，房間挺寬敞的，乾淨，舒服。

酒店環境優美，房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，空間大采光好，老爸老媽走不動就在房間裏隔着落地大窗户欣賞着大海的美景！位置優越，離海邊很近，帶孩子去海邊玩非常方便，玩累了中午回來休息睡個午覺，下午繼續玩，孩子第一次看大海很興奮天黑了都捨不得回來，總之這次遊玩選對了酒店，住的很舒服，非常滿意，下次來三亞還是住這家，真心不錯！

聽朋友介紹這家酒店可以看到不遠處大海的風景，所以我們選擇了這家酒店，和朋友介紹的一樣，足不出户在大大的落地窗前就能看到不遠處的大海的美景，欣賞日出日落很是愜意，尤其是房間也很乾凈，設施齊全，挺不錯的。

任何一家酒店也好，民宿也罷，沒有大清早7點一直催問你續不續，續了就交錢，要第二天房費的，真是絕了，問他們要個紙能送兩天，這個理由那個理由，三亞的行情風情已經被東北人準確是黑龍江人破壞亂了，去任何一個公寓，都是房，選擇餘地很大，大家可以先看房再定，還有，講價是必然的。
