It was the only hotel that offers accommodation with 3 rooms in 1 so that we can all stay today. It’s really cute and family friendly for those who wants to bring their kids and parents along!

The hotel staffs provide very good service. They are very proactive and always ask if there is any service we may need from them. My kid left something at the hotel room and they so kind to ship the item to us free of charge on the same day we told them. I am impressed with their service. Thumps up!

I booked a 3-bedroom suite for my family for five days from July 25, primarily for the kids to enjoy the water park. However, on the night of July 24, I received a call from Trip.com informing me that the hotel had just disclosed the closure of the water park, an announcement that was made public on July 19. Then why was I only informed the night before?
This left me with insufficient time to search for alternative accommodations, completely undermining the purpose of our vacation. The experience was incredibly disappointing. While the staff was courteous, the room was not properly cleaned and showed signs of age and wear.
Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and repetitive each day. I would not recommend this resort to anyone based on my experience.

very old and dirty, swimming pool closed, need renovation, water is cold and not clean, breakfast is average, water park is mostly some part not working.

family of 7. stayed 1night only, canceled next 2nights.
the air conditioner of suite was not working, not cool enough, just air fan only. we could not sleep, stayed awake till morning,
complained to house keeping/maintenance, they cant not fix the air con.
at 1 AM, we moved to others suit, packed our luggage at midnite, also faced the same issues, room not cool enough.
old resort so the air con can not beat the summer heat in Sanya in june
next morning we cancel the booking n asking the refund for next 2 nights.
low season, the water park not operated, the food tenants mostly closed n not many guests. even the shopping mall also closed n without air-con.
the suite is nice, but the room is really hot.
i suggest they should change all the lamp/bulb to LED lights.
those lamps/bulb in suite heat the room , they can actually increase the temperature of the room.

Hotel location and nice but everything was very old also the kids park, the room service was okay but no cleaning the floors for days! Breakfast was nice.
There was a 1 kind stuff Yihe who helped us a lot.

My sons who shared the room had rashes (bed bug bites) on the first night we stayed in the hotel. We reported it immediately so reception has changed the rooms for us. But the next day there was no new rashes but the ones that was already there have inflamed and we had to go to the hospital. I explained to the reception that we were going to hospital and we were going bill the hotel for hospital bill but manager refused to accommodate explaining that bed bugs can be found in grass and the next person who checked in didnot complain. This is when i was furious, not only they didnt do proper inspection to the room but also put the next guest in, when we clearly raised our concern regarding bed bug possibility.
