六樓中年服務員態度很差，故意刁難旅客。超市的服務員態度冷淡，對顧客愛理不理的。酒店的游泳池在全國疫情放開的今天卻以疫情原因禁止開放，非夷所思。

這是住過這麼多年最差評差評的極點的酒店住了兩晚打掃衞生叫了10次不打掃態度還差…水也不送。早餐也很差。

酒店一點也不好，服務也不好，開車去的，出酒店的時候還要收停車費，明明入住的時候告訴前台車牌號了，結果還是沒給錄上，出停車場的時候因為停車費前台遲遲不給解決，足足耽誤了我25分鐘，房間的衞生特別差，早餐什麼都沒有！

水池的水下不去，沒法洗臉，門象被人撬了，衣櫃的圓形拉環一拉就掉下去，還得我幫安裝好，床頭邊沒有插座，不便利，難怪之前有客户評價酒店設施比較成舊，陽台的桌椅太簡陋了，號稱豪華海景大床房，其實衹能側着看海，看不到多少，綜合評定下來，性價比不高，更好笑的是我跟客户説，她説她們早就知道我反映的這些情況，這是明知不維修麼

酒店位置很不錯，出門過馬路就是海邊，還有游泳池，性價比較高呢。交通啥的都比較方便，酒店房間也很乾凈，前台人員小林的服務態度熱情很好呢

非常棒的海景房，整潔衞生。去沙灘很方便幾步路就到了，一路都是椰夢長廊景色非常美。距離鳳凰機場也不遠，很方便

由於暑假期間，也沒來得及規劃太多，這次三亞之旅還是挺滿意的。選了一家裡靠海邊市區近一點的酒店遊玩方便點的酒店， 整體來説還是挺滿不錯的，出了酒店海灘右手邊一兩公里就有吃的，打車 交通很便利 。離市區的三亞億恆夜市小吃街有3.4公里 晚上人真的很多，很熱鬧，雖然疫情去逛的時間不是很久。
三亞的天氣有點曬，酒店的泳池中午太曬了都沒怎麼去遊，不過建議大家可以晚上玩比較涼爽。早餐還可以，這邊的酒店工作人員都比較和善。特別是前台的譚涯丹 張楊梅 服務很熱情，因為行程最後一天回去的航班比較晚，給了我們免費延遲退房。建議我們去步行街把行李寄存去市區步行街 逛逛街買買特產。下次過來三亞選這家酒店。真心不錯 給一個大大的點👍🏻
