This is the worst hotel with the worst reviews and bad reviews I have stayed in for so many years. I stayed for two nights and called 10 times for cleaning. Breakfast was also poor.

The hotel is not good at all, and the service is not good. If you go by car, you have to charge parking fees when you leave the hotel. You clearly told the front desk the license plate number when you checked in, but it still didn’t record it. I didn't solve it for a long time, which delayed me for 25 minutes. The cleanliness of the room was very poor, and there was nothing for breakfast!

The water in the sink can’t go down, I can’t wash my face, the door seems to be pried open, the round pull ring of the wardrobe will fall off, I have to help install it, there is no socket by the bedside, it’s inconvenient, no wonder there were customers before I commented that the hotel facilities are relatively old. The tables and chairs on the balcony are too simple. It is called a luxurious sea view double bed room. In fact, you can only look at the sea from the side, and you can’t see much. After a comprehensive evaluation, the price/performance ratio is not high. What is even more ridiculous is that I and the customer Said, she said that they already knew about the situation I reported. Is it knowing that they don’t repair it?

The environment is good, the scenery is beautiful, the switchboard Xiaozhen has a sweet voice, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and Xiaomeng has a very good service attitude. I will stay here next time.

The weather in Sanya is a bit sun-dried, and the hotel’s swimming pool is too sun-dried at noon, so I don’t have much to swim, but I suggest that you can play cooler at night. Breakfast is ok, the hotel staff here are more kind. Especially Tan Yadan and Zhang Yangmei at the front desk were very friendly, because the flight back on the last day of the itinerary was relatively late and gave us a free late check-out. It is recommended that we go to the pedestrian street to store our luggage and go to the urban pedestrian street to go shopping and buy specialty products.
