設施：朋友推薦的，確實維也納一直都還不錯哎，住的很舒服，對得起這個價格
衞生：很乾凈，沒有異味，而且毛巾浴巾也都很新
環境：整體很不錯，很滿意，位置很方便的

有一説一，環境還行，停車也方便。
但是！！！酒店有蟑螂，超大衹，酒店不做消殺嗎？出差這麼多年，第一次在酒店看到蟑螂，我真是服了。
而且這個酒店真的很吵，早上7點不到，後面的工地上就開始施工，噪音賊大，帶着耳塞都受不了！！！

此次朋友出遊所住的維也納酒店真心覺得是最差的酒店，首先價格不值、房間也很不舒服、感覺所有的沒施都舊，特別是入住時前台服務態度很差、還特別慢，我因為有朋友一起特別訂了一間祺牌房，但到酒店前台卻説沒有這房間、讓重新訂，在我們的堅持下還是給了一間帶麻將的房間、但設施舊不説了、反正是很不舒服😭

房間還可以，服務特別差，早上到二樓用早餐，人數較多，一張桌子不夠坐，我們就自己移動了旁邊一張小正方形桌子合在一起用餐，餐廳負責人看到了，帶有情緒的直接走過來訓斥我們説不能隨便移動桌子，服務員做衞生是移動不了的，然後還説不夠坐就坐兩桌，完了後走回去門口處同其他服務員大聲抱怨、指指點點客人，特別沒有服務意識，體驗特別差。遇到這樣的服務，512一間基礎房，性價比超級低。以前出差住過好幾次，經過這次以後不會再去了。
