元旦三亞爆滿，老闆是東北大哥，人特好，旅巢沒房了，幫忙升級了國光豪生的房間。椰夢長廊有兩公里都有劉哥（老闆）的店。故宮毫升的房間是屬於買下來的公寓，所以不完全像酒店自持部分的客房，但是轉了一圈，基本不影響使用1樓的公區和行李託管這些服務。我是那種不太挑的人，主要訴求就是安全加上看海，這兩點都妥妥滿足了。得知我一人出遊，劉哥還非常熱心的招待了一頓小漁船海鮮（就是那種當地人去的小漁船卡點回來的海鮮批發市場，量少了還沒法買）託福吃到了市面上沒吃到過的帶着酒糟香味的糟粕醋。就是出遊的時間太短了，沒有玩夠哈哈哈哈

定的房型沒有了。給了複式。在平台上一樣的價格，説的好像還和我們佔便宜了一樣，家裡都是長者去還不喜歡複式，房子老舊和圖片關係不大，就是航班晚了將就一晚罷了

房東人挺好的，我們飛機是晚上的，退房遲了也沒有加費用。
周邊有早市，比超市便宜。到市區打車也就20幾塊錢，交通相對便利，重點離機場很近，出門就是海邊。樓下游泳池水有點涼，但是有幾個池子可以免費泡温泉，超讚。

每次來到三亞灣都會到旅巢公寓來住，這裏環境特別好，小區裏有游泳池，停車位，打球場所，每天早上可以聽到樓下居民們吹着悠揚的薩克斯，小區裏放着悠揚的輕音樂。老闆東北人人熱情好客，我住的這間是兩室4人間，兩張大床一間榻榻米，房間裏有廚房，洗衣機，冰箱，空調和五星級沒有多大區別，該有的全有。服務周到照顧得很到位，進門密碼鎖，老闆告訴你密碼衹有你自己知道，誰也進不來，衞生非常乾淨，清潔整潔進來入住之後有一種非常舒適家的感覺，而且過了馬路就是大海，鬧中取靜，小區的優勢就是過了馬路就可以去海邊玩耍，注意的是你無需帶衣服，衹要穿着泳衣過了馬路就可以了，來回很近的，周邊也有華聯超市，飯店，晚上吃飯的時候可以聽着歌手們唱歌和朋友們一起暢飲。
