Coral Hotel on Wuzhizhou Island is a must visit hotel when travelling to Hainan. The rooms were very clean with fantastic amenities, however my biggest highlight was the lobby manager named Lan Rui. As I’m from an English speaking country he was incredibly helpful assisting me with any and all of my needs during my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was always comfortable, patiently helping me to translate my requests using his mobile phone and helped me on several occasions. First he kindly showed me how to buy drinks and snacks communicating with the staff, then when I asked about towels at the pool he personally took me there and showed me around plus let the staff know I wanted to swim and to look after me. On the day of checkout to my absolute surprise he rushed to return some cuff links I had accidentally forgotten in the room! When I was eating lunch in the restaurant struggling to eat with chopsticks, the staff advised they didn’t have cutlery. But guess who arrived in short time bringing a nice set of cutlery to save me? Lan! I was truly amazed and beyond grateful. He really is the definition of top tier service with a dedication for customer focus and satisfaction. Lan even assisted my friend and I bringing our luggage on the hotel electric shuttle bus and carried it onto the returning ferry! I cannot thank him enough. Words cannot express how happy I am to receive such amazing service. Thanks to Lan I will never forget my stay at the Coral hotel and cannot wait to return again. Thank you so much Lan for your amazing and incredible customer service!

It was ok. Nothing too fancy but it's the only hotel on the island. Food is much too expensive but you really don't have a choice as all other stores closes at 5pm

Its good to explore many things at this Island Coral hotel … many water activities and pool to enjoy but we missed food here

Very commercialized. You will pay double for any water activities. The Hotel was very nice and clean. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is average and too expensive. YOU CAN NOT SWIM IN THE SEA - NOT EVEN PUT YOUR FEET IN THE OCEAN!

Wuzhizhou Island under the sun has blue water and white sand. It has the finest white sand beach I have ever seen in China, and the transparent glass sea is colorful. The operation and management of the old 5A is also good, but there are too many people. On the afternoon of the eighth day of the first ***** month, the limit of 18,000 people on the island had been reached. Tickets were not sold early. The waiting time for the electric battery car around the island was at least 1 hour. The flow of people leaving the island at 4 pm was terrifying. See Figure 4 below. It was not until after 8 pm that all tourists left the island. Such a flow of people needs a long wait to get on and off the island. At this time, the advantage of staying at the Coral Hotel came out---a dedicated fast channel, no need to queue up for the boat, there are electric battery cars at both ends, and the brother is very good. He helps with luggage and patiently delivers it to the right place as much as possible, which greatly improves the travel experience. Don't expect anything else from the hotel. It is next to the winter pier and water sports center, which is particularly noisy. Fortunately, there are no activities on the island at night. The Chinese restaurant is decent, the ingredients are still fresh, and the price is of course the same as the popularity of Sanya. Don't think about delayed check-out, because there are too many people and it's hard to queue. However, this is an island with beautiful scenery. What else can you ask for?

It was my first time to Wuzhizhou Island. The check-in process was quick and the room facilities were complete. I would like to especially thank Mr. Wu Zhonghao for upgrading us to the Elegant Sea View Room for free. It was a very good stay.
