在這家酒店住宿是一次非常愉快的體驗。服務細心周到，環境舒適，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，性價比很高。出行很方便，步行可到海邊、解放路步行街。附近還有一個第二農貿市場，非常local，水果早餐可以在這裏解決。

位置不錯，屬於市中心，離旺豪超市和太瓊糟粕醋火鍋都很近，旁邊還有一個夜市，性價比很高。早上附近也有早餐店，有幼兒園有學校，是當地人居住的地方。免費給升級的家庭房，房間夠大，就是廁所洗浴時下水不太好。其他都很滿意。

衞生：衞生間有異味，應該是下水道反味。衞生間不乾淨。床品還算乾淨。
服務：叫前台再給一張房卡，答覆系統原因，不能使用兩張。住如家還是住如家商旅吧，素泊是加盟的，還是比商旅差一點
空調外機的聲音拖拉機一樣，衹能關空調睡覺，下雨天的三亞還好不熱。熱水沒有，放很久的水，左右冷熱都試過，完全沒有，早上問服務員，還説不可能。就温水一樣。

前台小姐姐服務員很熱情，我們一進來就跟我們甜甜的問好，心情美美噠。房間空間很大，設施完好，衞生乾淨，淋浴乾濕分離，走路去海邊也很近，出行很便利。性價比高，比較滿意的一家酒店。

這個酒店地理位置在市中心，但對於旅遊而言，也不是很方便，離海邊有一段距離，離天涯海角和南山寺都很遠。酒店衞生條件較差，房間比較暗，早餐會很失望，可以忽略不計。每天各種施工噪音很大，運貨和客人共用一個電梯，房間門口地上每天都有人撒的小卡片。
