You can tell this hot spring resort was fantastic at one time. For some reason probably the pandemic people just are not coming to this resort and staying overnight. The facilities are looking rundown and many things are in need of repair. The two girls at the front desk have no personality and just plain are not friendly. On the plus side the Hot Springs are fantastic. On the negative side the breakfast is terrible. Overall, we were satisfied but would probably not stay here again. Management needs to hire more people and train them to take better care of this unique property.

酒店住宿環境很舊很舊，定的房間是帶陽台的，4間，然後給了兩間不帶陽台的，連窗户都打不開的那種，房間洗浴的門都關不上，淋浴投特別臟，廁所跟淋浴間的地板和牆壁特別黃，温泉晚上6點半就沒有了，前台也沒人，晚上衹有一個客房服務員幫登記，缺啥什麼的叫自己去拿，服務非常差，温泉是第二天去泡的，就是煮出來的開水，水很臟，很多人在水裡戳泥……早餐就兩三樣……一言難盡。

這是一個非常不錯的旅居體驗。半嶺温泉，顧名思義建在半山之上。差不多有二十多個温泉池，茉莉温泉、紅酒温泉、咖啡温泉、香薰温泉、桂花温泉、艾草温泉、小魚温泉、椰奶温泉...還有泳池，非常乾淨、漂亮，因為這幾天降温，沒有游泳。温泉各池温度分高、中、低各個級別，園區設簡餐小賣部、販賣機，泡温泉累了消費很方便，也不是很貴。早餐很豐富，有粥、豆漿、包子、棗糕、饅頭、地瓜、南瓜餅、西生菜、菜花、煮蛋，已經很好啦！客房很乾凈，配有浴巾、毛巾。如果能配毛巾浴服就更好了！

老式的那種酒店，空間感好，不壓抑。隔音不太好能聽見隔壁打呼嚕。衞生間有異味，酒店裡配套環境非常優美呢，真心不錯，玩了幾天累了正好泡個温泉，哈哈。温泉很好早9點半到下午6點，10多個池子。艾葉池孩子能泡，別的有點熱。前台服務意識有帶提升。大堂經理人不錯。一定要定帶早餐的，旁邊吃飯不方便。

服務確實沒啥服務意識的，還有點兇。連住幾天，卻要每天去前台刷卡才能使用，也衹給一張房卡。很不方便。早飯很簡單的，附近也沒啥吃的。

Отель старый и не ухоженный, вода в бассейнах просто с крана, это не источники. На одеялах при заезде не было пододеяльников.
