環境：距離大東海500米，樓下就有很多吃的，交通都算方便。但是不包過夜停車，要在樓下的公共停車位一晚30，且位置緊張。
設施：看得出是舊賓館改造，設施比較老舊，而且有小卡片，但衞生還算乾淨
