房間很好，南北通透，位置比較好，出小區就是商業街吃的用的應有盡有，小區內有免費的大泳池，離海邊也近幾分鐘就能走到，房東還特別熱情，下次還會再來的

地方不好找，導航到地方後需要有人騎電瓶車引路，不是酒店是民宿，入住當晚搬動了餐廳的一把椅子後蹦出一衹身長5釐米的壁虎🦎，房內沒有一次性毛巾沒有贈送的礦泉水，桌上板凳上一層灰，總體一般

不知道這麼高的好評怎麼來的，反正我是被好評騙來的，還對比了好幾家，看這麼多好評選的。小區環境確實不錯，接待的老闆也還不錯，就是房間裏面衞生和設施實在太差了，馬桶壞的，熱水洗一會就沒熱水了，電視遙控器是爛的，小孩想看個電視都沒法看，衞生間也臟的很，車不能進小區，忘帶水，結果房間連礦泉水都沒有，是這幾天自駕遊住宿環境最差的。

房子在國光豪生酒店對面的魯能美麗灣小區裏，陽台可以看到海。環境優美，交通方便。可以開火，可以洗衣服。要誇一誇房東，非常實在，很晚來接我們，有求必應。非常推薦。

#好評#對鄰近店舖，隔音，房內採光，酒店氣味，安全性，房間大小滿意；海南10天最后两天住这里，房间整体不错，70多平一室但是两个床不在一间，带我爸住的，也算有个独立空间，锅碗瓢盆都有可以做饭，只住了两天叫的外卖，有个大阳台挺不错，可以看海，到海边约10分钟，楼下就是公交车站和沙县小吃，挺方便。
