Overall great place but seems to be being neglected a bit. In either case, you and your folks can stay here and you will have an amazingly tranquil time. Wonderful place, but it is not five stars at all. Maybe according to popular Chinese standards, but not for western standard five star at all. I do highly suggest this place. Especially if you have children! Nice water. No sauna or steam rooms. Lame.

What an amazing experience! Very kind staff, great breakfast, very comfortable bed, great view. The hotel is a bit old comparing to other modern fancy hotels, but it has everything one needs and the price value is unbeatable! Loved the swimming pools and the hot spring.
Overall an unforgettable new year’s holiday. Thanks for all.

The hotel was beautiful! Picturesque landscapes and views. During our stay, the driving range, KTV room, and main Swimming pool closed. There were limited food options. Breakfast been the highlight of the day, there was no way really to eat for lunch. Only one club sandwich on the menu at the bar. When booking a resort, you hope to find more options for food and things on location. We still have to travel out to go and find good food. Luckily the area has got some good restaurants, and taxis were easy to get I will definitely stay here again if all the amenities are open.

The hotel has nice territory - big, green, with several beautiful swimming pools. The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfasts are good. Prices in the hotel restaurants are reasonable and dishes are tasteful. There is a long stretch of the beach without any hotels just aside of this hotel where people can swim in the sea, surfing, etc. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel!

Before departure, I compared many hotels in Haitang Bay and finally chose this one with hot springs, because I went to Wenchang to watch the rocket launch and came back late that day, so I didn't have much impression of the overall appearance of the hotel. But this hotel is very convenient for travel, and it is within 5 kilometers to Wuzhizhou Island or Atlantis. The next afternoon, it rained and I went to the hotel to have a good walk. There are many swimming pools, especially many areas for children. The beach is very clean, the sand is not fine, and there are not many people. The buffet dinner is very average, not as good as the Chinese restaurant, but the price of Chinese food is a bit expensive. It is recommended that tourists who don't mind the trouble can take a taxi to eat. The breakfast variety is quite rich, but I didn't find a dish that I think is eye-catching. It's quite satisfactory. Overall, it is still a hotel worth bringing parents to stay.

The room is super big, very clean and quiet. It is not as old as other comments say. I stayed in Sheraton and No. 9 in Yalong Bay. Obviously, the facilities, buildings and gardens of No. 9 are a level better. The key is that it is cheap. There is Houhai Village and Wuzhizhou Island nearby.
