My third time staying at this hotel and it just gets better and better Angela added my WeChat and shared so much helpful information with me. Helped me to book a trip to the outlet mall and many other things. She was an absolute superstar Wesley is the sweetest. Very fun to talk with and so helpful. He gave us lots of information and told us about new areas of the hotel. Since my last visit the hotel has opened an adults game are with billiards , VR , darts and more. They even have a Starbucks inside. Hotel is placed perfectly on the beach and we quite often had the beach to ourselves. Breakfast was great and whole experience was fantastic. Another hotel update is a free photography service. You can book a time and take photos and receive 10digital photos for free . I’m honestly amazed this hotel is a holiday inn as it’s absolute paradise with amazing staff 🥰

Thank you, Holiday Inn Resort Sanya Bay and Bailey. After a wonderful stay over the weekend, I accidentally left my watch in our room after check-out. When I realized this on our way back home, my wife immediately messaged Bailey to ask her if they could search our room to find the watch. After finding it and letting us know, they insisted on sending the watch back to us at their own expense. They paid for the SF Express, and after a day, I received my watch along with a few goodies they added. Excellent service.

Bailey is the best server in holiday resort. Because of her services, I and my family were able to relax in best condition. Thanks to your service Bailey! See you again

The hotel has a very good location and the room are really spacious and well prepared. It was very clean and everyday they came and clean the room deeply. A unique experience with a warm welcome and a very nice and wonderful service from Ian Lan! (Speaking english), he helps us everyday and arrange everything for us. Any questions, he can answer. And he also anticipates our needs which more than perfect! One improvement that the hotel should do is to improve the offer for lunch and dinner. A little bit more possibilities will be great. (We are also in china and lot of possibilities around for deliveries anyway)

Everything was awesome like location, cleanliness, and services. It is a bit difficult to find employees who can speak English, but they tried to communicate using translator. Thanks! I had good memory in Sanya thanks to Holiday Inn

Family of 10, including my newborn baby we stayed 11 days in this beautiful place with everything up to the standards. We chose this place because we didn’t wanted any surprises and as expected everything was perfect. Special thanks for Hana, take care of our all requests. Full program for kids all day long and everyday.

The hotel was perfect for our family. The personal was kind and helpful,especially Wesley Liu. The food is fresh and they have many things to choose from. The area is clean and beautiful.They have many activities for the children(make cookies ,drawings and colorings, digging crabs and etc.). The beach is near and clean. If you want to have an amazing holiday with your family you have to stay here.

Good: - Ideal size hotel and grounds - not too big and not too small. - Great service. - Lovely sea-view room, well appointed. - Great breakfast. - Great-value noodle bar for lunch. - Nice pools. - 10min from the airport. - Awesome lobby and complementary afternoon tea. - Great activities for kids (and useful room card keys for kids). - Very short walk to the beach (across a public road). - Nice beach (although no swimming). - Cute kids playground. - Good photography promotion with reasonable prices. Not good: - Construction on one entire side of the gardens and pool. - Pool needs more shaded areas. - Pool waterfall never switched off….the sound can relax or distract you at night. - Some wobbly poolside decking under a rubber mat gave the impression I could fall through it. - No parasols, loungers or refreshments on the beach.

This is one of the best hotels I ever been! We travel a lot around the world and it is hard to find the hotel that is good all around, both in attentive service, quality and variety of food, cleanliness and amazing kids facilities! Hotel was not crowded as it was right before national holidays and we and our kids enjoy it a lot! Big thanks to Mr Hu 胡晓政 who guided and cared about us during entire stay! My applause and we will back again soon!

Awesome hotel. The staff are great specially Tina Z at Chinese resturent who help us to customised our dishes and arlen at the reception who help us to do various kids activities . Lobby bar is also good. Overall this is one mid size great resort with kids. Just the right for sanya holiday. Beach is within few steps from hotel. Near to airport . Nice and clean breakfast as well. Hope they can add some thai or Indian food in menu. Overall one great stay 👍🏻👍🏻
