We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ritz-Carlton. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. The swimming pools were conveniently located near the rooms, offering a great spot to unwind and lounge in the sunshine. The beach, just a 10-minute walk away, provided a peaceful retreat with loungers on the sand, away from the resort’s hustle and bustle. The service at the hotel was exceptional, and we would like to highlight Minnie, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was always available to answer questions, make reservations, and even arranged a generous late check-out for us on our final day. Minnie is such an asset to the Ritz-Carlton team. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return one day.

THE BEST hotel and service. I liked absolutely everything. Very varied and delicious breakfast. It is possible to have breakfast in the hall and outside, with a magical view of the garden 🌴🪷 and listen to the birds singing. In the evening we had dinner in the barbecue restaurant. Absolutely amazing, live music, great food. Special thanks to the our loyalty manager - Alison, who helped me find my lost sunglasses. This is only possible in China and at the Ritz hotel! We will definitely come again. We recommend 💯.

We had a very relaxing time. The room was close to the beach and we enjoyed the sound of the waves. 👍The room was very clean, the cleaning staff was attentive and professional, our Butler Faye was attentive and thoughtful, asking about our needs every day. The food in several restaurants in the hotel are delicious 👍

I just wanted to express our sincere gratitude to the team during our recent stay in the Ritz-Carlton, Yalong Bay.
In particular, thanks to Oliver, our butler on call 24/7 who was always a delight to talk to, whatever the request! The housekeeping staff were amazing, with their attention to detail and beautiful displays left each day, especially on my birthday. And finally to Riezo, who always made our visits to Sofia restaurant extra special.
They have a truly great team in Sanya and we are sure to return!

We had an excellent stay. "Minnie" (the hotel employee) gave us all the support we needed. She is very professional and attentive. Next time we go to Sanya, we'll return to the Ritz Carlton and enjoy the hotel's facilities once again. Once again, I would like to thank Minnie for her care of my family.
