The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from downtown Sanya and Phoenix International Airport.The hotel has a total of 492 rooms, suites and villas. The room is equipped with a spacious balcony, overlooking the railing, or a magnificent sea view or a tropical garden. The spa experience centre, which covers an area of about 6,780 square metres, has 8 spa villas, a fitness centre equipped with new fitness equipment, a variety of massages, a separate reception hall and leisure area, a steam room and sauna, a teahouse and a beauty salon.The hotel has launched Ocean World blue and fairy tale forest green family rooms and suites, equipped with children's special washrooms and play areas, allowing children to live in a wonderful animation space and swim in the infinite imagination space, so that families travelling with children can experience the joy of both indoor and outdoor harvest! the children's park gathers a variety of amusement facilities such as indoor and outdoor leisure and entertainment areas. 這次住的八號樓全海景大床房，一進門就是非常驚喜的大陽台，真的離大海特別特別近！不僅景色一流而且晚上衹要把陽台門關好，隔音真的很好，一點都不會影響睡眠。公區很美，每次到大堂都能看到很多人在正門大露台打卡！綠草坪和泳池區域每日都在維護，用心程度確實能看到。住:辦理入住很快，房間打掃整潔很新，硬裝和軟裝一點都不像開業多年的老酒店，能看出來保養很下功夫！客房服務非常及時，有什麼需求很快就有人響應不用等。食:早餐餐品上和同級別酒店差不多，但能感覺到原材料更優質（80%的餐品都不是預製菜現做的）；原本沒有在酒店吃晚飯的計劃，但剛好趕上海風比較小的沙灘自助餐就嘗試了一下，演出➕美食都很好，演出隨時變化，令人驚喜。玩:泳池是目前體驗下來最好的一家，分區細緻成人和小孩都能玩的開心而且水温舒適，池邊和海邊一直有安全員看着，即使是帶孩子也可以放心的享受泳池沙灘和大海。沙灘每天打掃很乾凈，下海玩水會有免費的暖浴巾，沙子很細膩，貝殼比較完整，沖淡區設計合理不擁擠。建議:（細節較多） 1 電視沒法投屏，陽台天花板音響沒找到連接方式（要麼就是引導不夠沒找到）相對而言有點落後了 2 洗漱用品（非洗浴日化）比較low，快捷酒店同款 3 房間燈具缺個總開關，陽枱燈和卧區沒法床頭一鍵關閉感覺可以優化下 4 酒店因為是多個樓棟的佈局，靠近海邊的房間基本都需要走很長的連廊過去而且電梯比較複雜，要去前台和餐廳會比較慢，酒店某些區域神祕感拉滿，但是樓內確實容易迷路總之，公區很美

房間設施：房間挺寬敞。海景房，窗外的景色很不錯。小朋友每天都不一樣的各類活動，很豐富，但是有些需要收費。床：定的大床房結果來了沒有房了，把雙床房拼成大床做了無縫處理，床是真大，確實感覺不到縫隙。衞生：整理的很乾凈，房間內垃圾桶也多。泳池去和公共區域也很乾凈。服務：服務很好，有需要也能儘量滿足。很喜歡白砂糖泳池可以點餐這一安排，泳池邊躺椅邊有點單的二維碼，咖啡、茶、飲料、小吃都有。點完服務人員會送到泳池邊來，很方便。性價比：整體環境很好，人不太多，安靜，綠植多，白沙灘泳池的沙子很細，拍照非常出片，適合情侶度假。如果是注重體驗感的，那性價比高的。大堂明亮服務不錯，早上七點離開酒店沒時間吃早餐就給打包好了放前台。

Emma “🪴綠植很多”這個可愛的名字，從沒有入住就貼心的發來消息。提過各種幫助。天氣提示，穿衣提示，房間物品儲備的提示。人很好，很熱心，很貼心。在酒店裡，感覺需要的問題，她都能幫你努力的去解決。謝謝兩天的照顧。酒店的沙灘🏖️晚餐氛圍感很好，羊排超好吃。泳池也很漂亮。每天就是可以這樣的躺平。酒店早餐的煎餅是我比較喜歡的。還有按摩。有機會再來

酒店整體還是非常不錯的，很有東南亞酒店的風格。雖然酒店有點舊但是不失老牌國際五星酒店標準，酒店房間很大，也很乾凈，樓層高一些房間沒有黴味，公域環境是非常好看的，另外工作人員都非常客氣熱情。早餐種類還可以，西式為主，中餐的糟粕醋粉非常好吃，還有蓮子綠豆羹，加了椰奶和牛奶蜜芋頭，特調了一份甜品，吃的超開心😁

三亞亞龍灣希爾頓酒店，服務非常好，所有服務人員都很熱情，儘量照顧到客人的感受。海景位置很好，出門就是沙灘大海，海景位置絕佳，游泳也很方便。旅拍拍照的水平也比較滿意。總之，是一次美妙的住宿體驗。攜程拼車接機:很方便。歡迎水果:好吃

8號樓的景色不得不説確實是很美的度假感體感Max 加上酒店客户經理服務態度好入住期間照顧的很周到溝通和解決問題的效率都很高住了三晚第一晚8202 第二三晚8408 因為一開始就是奔着4樓房間定的所以在跟經理溝通確認之後第二天換到了4樓兩個房間都有不一樣的感覺不過我個人還是更喜歡4樓的風景視野更開闊拉開窗簾就是一覽無餘的大海下午在房間陽台坐着吹吹海風聽聽海浪聲曬曬太陽很愜意舒適住酒店的話我最在乎的就是風景和服務這次體驗很不錯風景服務都是到位了的除了房間的空調哈哈室外天氣太熱的情況下房間空調温度對我來説有點不太夠本人很怕熱其他都沒什麼問題

這次訂到全海景房真是出乎意料的滿意，房間乾淨整潔，打開陽台門就是通往沙灘的大草坪，可以躺在躺椅草坪上好舒服😌每個泳池都配合一個救生員，玩水很安全的公區真的太美了，美得不想離開😭 從入住前到離開，全程所有員工態度都好好，小哥都很積極幫忙搬行李
