I think it's a very impressive and comfortable trip for me, the scene, the view, the food...everything is rather fabulous to both of us. must like it.

Marriott Sanya Yalong Bay has been an exquisite host. We felt really welcome and supported. Big thanks to George who helped us to do the checkin to our flight home. Perfect beach, nice restaurants. So we had a wonderful time!

The hotel has a very big and beautiful pool for guests. Place is very accessible within the Yalong bay area and within walkable distance to good food at the nearby night market street. Overall a wonderful stay.

The hotel is beautiful and our room was pretty big. But the thing that we still can’t understand is deposit. We stayed for 6 nights and deposit should have been 6000rmb. That’s insane. What if i stay for 20 nights???? I gave only 2000 coz my alipay was empty. And it takes time to change money coz i m a foreigner. Do smth with deposits!!!

Overpriced. The service is ok. The breakfast is terrible. The room looks old even renovated. AC in rooms doesn’t works well and has bad smell. Even you change the room, Doesn’t help. I would not go again. There many better hotel and cheaper. Just the brand name doesn’t help here.

Not bad hotel, but also not special. Good breakfast and dinner buffet, but also not outstanding. Typically for China - no swimming! :-(

Beachfront hotel great for family with kids. Kids enjoyed the kids indoor playground very much and the huge swimming pools.

I would like to express my gratitude to this hotel. It is the first hotel in Sanya that truly deserves a five-star rating. I want to give special thanks to the hardworking and friendly housekeepers for their exceptional dedication and assistance.

It was a nice trip to me. But the kids' pool is now under construction, so my children should not play there. Barbecue night in the restaurant was good, but we didn't know seafood barbecue was serviced in the outside of the restaurant. I figured out that after the day of my barbecue.

Loved this hotel! Room was fantastic, nice view of the sea and great bathtub. Resort is beautiful, pool is great and as it was cold I had the whole top tier of the pool to myself 2 days in a row. Breakfast was great, lots of options and I liked that they had staff show you to a seat so you didn’t have to spend ages looking for a spare seat. However, the rest of the food was downhill from here. I ate at their beachside restaurant and the steak sandwich was terrible, and the Oreo milkshake was literally just milk with Oreos mixed in. I also had a few things in room service; you can see the Parma ham pizza was very sad, and the tiramisu was inedible. I would suggest popping over to the Ritz for their restaurants, they’re much better. Also I saw reviews saying this hotel had a private beach- this is not true. It has private access to a public beach. The Marriot section of the beach looked beautiful, however, in the 1.5 hours I sat there I had 9 people come up to try and sell me things. Really annoying. Also the guy selling go kart rides kept spitting into the sand, which was disgusting. I couldn’t go back to the beach after that first day because the idea of walking on that barefoot made me feel sick. Spa was great, I had the best hot stone massage I’ve ever had. Overall I would suggest the hotel improves the quality of its food, and try and do something about the beach situation.

Wonderful. Had a great stay, very relaxing and chill atmosphere. It wasn’t super crowded. Beach access is incredible and there are a ton of beautiful spaces whether you are on the beach or the resort grounds. There are tons of activities and amenities, and the room was fantastic. Cleaned and restocked with water daily. Food and service were both excellent. Do yourself a favor and check out the spa for a variety of relaxing options. Love it here, will book again.
