選房子的時候看了很多很多，也認真看了評價。做出的選擇沒有錯。
我們是凌晨的飛機，房東幫忙聯繫了商務車接機，對於第一次一大家子來陌生的地方來説非常温暖。出發前就換好了被子並拍了房子的視頻給我，真的服務很到位。房子也跟圖片視頻裏的一樣，沒有亂分配的現象。
房子是當地統一建築的小別墅，跟自己家鄉下的樓房差不多，很有家的味道。上下兩層三個房間很寬敞，對於我們有兩個娃的家庭很合適。小孩子有足夠多的空間活動，爸媽長輩也可以下廚燒自己想吃的菜。衞生我認為跟在自己家差不多，每天都自己收拾一下，垃圾都要自己丟。在家也是需要整理丟垃圾的，我認為這點是沒問題的。入住別人家也要當自己家一樣愛護。
房東會不厭其煩的回答我各種問題，還會給出很多好的建議，避免我們踩雷。周邊非常的方便，出門就有聯華超市可以採購各種所需，超市隔壁有社區醫療服務站，對面有葯店。路上都是水果攤小吃攤。生活非常方便。房子設備也都齊全，我們燒了好幾餐。一家人都住的很滿意，都説下次還要來。

適合家庭度假，對衞生以及環境要求不太高的用户，屋內衞生不是特別乾淨，但是自駕去免税店，以及海棠灣廣場還是比較便捷的。
