位置：酒店在海棠灣的海邊，環境非常好，船頭的景色更好一些，離海邊更近，船尾的話也還行，建議在船頭，並且朝向亞特蘭蒂斯一側的房間，並且樓層高一點，體驗感會更好。設施：健身房和無邊泳池在樓頂環境非常好，健身房雖然不是特別大，但是裏面的設施還是非常齊全的，無邊泳池也是拍照非常出片，就是樓頂的風可能會有點大，帶小朋友的家長可能需要保暖，早餐廳在1樓，早餐即使是淡季也會存在等位的情況，早餐的品類中規中矩，不算特別出色，但是也完全夠用，重點是工作人員很專業，有領位，並且服務基本上很熱情。服務：然後就是酒店配備的管家。有求必應，響應速度特別快，整個團隊銜接配合很流暢。親子：然後就是酒店的親子活動，很多親子活動有很多課程，但是更適合3~12歲的寶寶。低齡的寶寶可能參與度不是特別好，低齡寶寶衹能在小童俱樂部，但是小童俱樂部的面積的確有點小，並且秋冬季的話病毒還是稍微有點多，帶小朋友的家長要多注意這方面。房間：房間的面積很大。房間的設施如果要提點小建議的話，首先第一建議配備一個咖啡機，然後其次第二就是衞生間建議用換氣扇，沒有換氣的話也沒有窗户，還是比較麻煩的。停車：酒店有自己的地下停車場，停車場非常大，前台進門的時候會有歡迎花環，也是非常熱情的。飲食：最重要的是酒店的早餐也是可以打包的，這一點特別棒，下午的時候也給送了小點心。非常適合寶寶吃的一些點心。每天的話也會有輔食，輔食的口味也會徵求家長的意見，而且還送了遊戲幣。體驗感還是不錯的，就是抓娃娃機的爪子實在是太鬆了。小鹿🦌

錯峯出遊真的太nice！酒店服務從我還沒到站就一直跟隨，生日佈置，小童節目，酒店餐飲，房間服務等等訊息都貼心提前告知，雖然入住當天剛好和孩子想參加的活動錯過了，但管家二話不説給我們提供泡澡浴鹽和小禮物，好感度滿分！十多年後再來三亞，好印象完全蓋過第一次來的新鮮感，以後有機會繼續選擇三亞仁恆皇冠👑假日酒店！海星

海棠灣仁恆皇冠假日酒店是我住過最棒的酒店聽説三亞的各個海灣裏海棠灣水質最好，於是便仔細對比了海棠灣的各個酒店，選中了仁恆皇冠假日。酒店有免費的接送機服務，坐着大巴進入酒店我就被震驚到了，環境非常好，非常美，到處是草坪和各種綠植，在酒店裡散步就很享受了酒店裡有頂樓的無邊泳池和院子裏的泳池以及小童水上樂園，適合愛游泳的人房間非常大，裏面的裝修佈置很符合我的審美，還有一個大大的陽台可以眺望遠處的風景，而且私密性好，不會被周圍房間看到。服務更是非常棒，體驗大使熊貓🐼總是能及時回覆微信，滿足我的各種需求，晚上逛完回房間很晚了，對象想泡泡泡浴，我覺得應該都沒有工作人員來給佈置了，結果很快就有員工來給準備泡泡浴。這次入住體驗一級好，覺得自己非常英明選擇了仁恆皇冠假日，哈哈哈哈哈，以後還會來住

親子酒店排名前三的酒店，體驗下來真的是堪稱完美，絕對是帶娃家庭的首選！服務貼心到骨子裡：最讓我感動的是細節！在泳池玩水，岸邊隨時都有加熱好的浴巾和驅寒的薑茶，完全不用擔心孩子着涼。入住期間有專屬管家，服務響應迅速，還給孩子送了小玩具和歡迎點心，孩子們開心得不得了。活動豐富不重樣：小童活動非常精彩，我家孩子連續參加了好幾天，每次都意猶未盡，我們也樂得輕鬆。設施全方位親子友好：從餐廳、大堂到房間，每一處設計都充分考慮到了小朋友的需求，體驗感直接拉滿。離店時家人不慎將手機落下，酒店不僅妥善保管，還主動幫我們安排了郵寄，解決了我們的**煩！蜜蜂🐝

服務：堪稱酒店屆海底撈，服務非常到位，入住前會有管家加微信，詢問訴求。設施：給升級到了豪華海景房，對着亞特蘭蒂斯，南向視野好。各種遊樂設施非常豐富。適合小孩子但是房間燈光過於昏暗了。衞生：衞生很到位，工作人員非常勤快。開夜床做的很好。衹是這裏小孩子實在太多，會覺得比較吵鬧。加上我住在船尾，每天走路時間非常長，在各種設施之間奔波，感覺有點累腳。美中不足的是泳池沒有提供游泳圈，衹有一種類型的臂圈，不太適合小孩子玩耍。總體上這次體驗很不錯，感謝鹽水鴨
