房間在商品街，周圍很多小吃，生活非常便利，有人間煙火氣息，周邊是市政府1公里左右，靠近臨春河河東河，風景景色非常優美！

在港華廣場附近，是平民區吧，但這旅遊城市到處都是賓館旅館食肆。附近有很多平民食肆，有超市，水果攤販街。公交也方便。走幾分鐘就是三亞河臨春河，都是河畔公園或步道，三亞灣，鹿回頭。半島也不算遠，都是晨跑的好地方。房間挺大。性價比高。

入住後發現滿屋煙味，下樓要求換房，告訴我沒有其他房子，但是當天大堂牌子一直有房。
牆壁全是污漬，床頭燈也不亮。
樓下吵了一整夜，完全一團糟。
