Regret I haven’t booked Atlantis for the entire stay to be honest. It was 100 dollars more expensive than Crown Plaza, but boy it ended up being a great value for money!
First, plenty of things to do for the entire family with aqua park, aquarium, kids adventures and swimming pools for adults.
Second, cinema and aqua show kind of like cirque du soleil style.
Third, access to imperial lounge made all the difference- was able to chill there and drinks and food are free. So ended up saving massively on food. Actually Atlantis was cheaper than Crown Plaza after all food costs added in.
Fourth, personal butler service. Communicated via WeChat easily and answered all my questions instantly. Shout out to Marina doing a great job! Enough staff speaking both English and Russian. And all signs in the hotel in 3 languages - Chinese, Russian, English. Crown Plaza was not foreigners friendly at all. Eric was the only guy who spoke decent English there. Room service and other services were 100% Chinese. Good I speak basic Mandarin, otherwise would have been tough.
The only disappointment was really closed pools for adults which made me purchase a cabana to be able to enjoy pool access in private and without much loud screams from kids etc. But was not such a big disappointment!
I would stay here exclusively next time. Totally worth the money!

The location is far from airport. Besides, the hotel’s steward is not great; other staffs are really helpful.
Lots of amenities are not open. The room is clean and comfortable.

This is one of the best hotel in Sanya with a wonderful water park an aquarium. However if you want to go to this hotel is better to have Chinese phone number as it can help you a lot with accommodation. But even if you don't have the Chinese phone number, the staff here is so friendly, he helped me a lot. Especially, mr. Airf he is the best staff. He showed me the great restaurant and the accommodation and the activities time in the resort

We had an amazing time at Atlantis. True, it's not cheap to stay at the hotel. It's worth the money for the unforgettable experience.
The service was great. Professional staff who speak fluent English. They are willing to do everything to make sure guests are happy.
Amenities are also impressive. It's so easy to go and enjoy the aquarium and water world. We were able to get some rest during a busy stay.
Absolutely kid friendly. It does get quite busy during the winter school break.

This hotel is so good and here staff is also so helpful , just a request to introduce some vegan food as well as it’s so difficult for vegan .

I had a wonderful stay at Atlantis. Every staff was so kind and warm, especially Estou (凌月) helped me a lot such as carrying bags, booking restaurant and she also gave me a special gift. Waterpark was so much fun and I had a fabulous dinner at Gordon Ramsey's famous restaurant Bread Stree. Not only that, but also live band at Tikki Bar played charming musics. I would definitely choose to stay at Atlantis if I were to visit Sanya again. Had a wonderful memory here.

We had a wonderful 7 days with our family. We dived in the aquarium, played in the water park, watched the whale show, and our children had great memories. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you for your great service.
