Mainly run by volunteers. Place is fairly clean despite quite dated. Some items are not functioning in the room, eg not all lights could be turned on. Felt a bit dark inside the room.

Overall, the hostel is nice.
ADVANTAGES:
1. Really friendly and helpful staff, although they dont speak English
2. Everything works in the bathroom
3. Bed is comfy
4. Great location
5. Clean
DISADVANTAGES:
1. Perhaps it's my unluck😁 the other girls in my room who were smoking, so it smelled quite bad.
2. They provide nothing for shared rooms, including toilet paper, slippers, towel, and so on. If you are planning to stay here, do bring everything your own.
3. I still think it's a little overpriced, like 70 or max 80rmb would be more suitable 🤔

Very friendly and cooperative staff. Treated me just like close friends. Helped me in many other ways. I would highly recommend for all foreigners who like economical travel. Couldn’t post the pictures because i made a lot of mess in my room. Sorry!

Lovley hostel with a nice big public space. Originally was just gonna stay a few days but ended staying there for my entire trip. Staff was very accomodating, and the bar had some nice draft beer. Best thing was the location, just a few minutes walk from the beach and lots of great restaurants, shopping, and snacks within walking distance.

I enjoyed Blue Sky so much that I extended my initial three-night reservation to a total of six nights. Blue Sky is a fantastic place to stay either for backpackers on a budget looking to share a room to save money or for those who want a private room with a shower but still the fun vibes of a hostel. Either way, it is a great value. Blue Sky is clean, has friendly staff, lots of restaurants nearby, and is just a short walk to the beach. I will return on my next trip to DaDongHai!
