睡覺中，員工直接闖入房間，是直接闖入，一睜眼就在床邊，很恐慌，很恐慌，睡覺的墊子很老舊，床墊子都直往下滑，酒店設施很差，在我離店後要求退款店家以過了退房時間拒絕，在外面住店一定要注意安全，謹慎選擇

位置優越交通便利，離海邊出門幾分鐘就走到了。酒店公寓設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，佳的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。

房間很大很乾凈，有大陽台，是海景房，這次旅行結束才回來評價的，很安靜，隔音很好！海景房看海很美 但她更美😊

這就是你們攜程推薦的優享會酒店是吧！多的我都不説了。已經向海南12345實名舉報了，後續還會追着政府要調查結果。
酒店提供虛假訊息宣傳，環境臟亂差。大門口堆滿了廢棄傢俱和垃圾，樓道發臭。房間有發黴的沙發和吊椅，廉價的床單被套，桌上還有不知道是誰身上的毛毛！冰箱打開也是一股子怪味，到處都是作嘔的感覺。待了不到二十分鐘連夜逃離。前台也是一種無所謂的態度。
攜程審核虛假訊息。訂房之前不讓你看差評，訂完了差評就來了，明明知道是虛假訊息還給予通過甚至是評了優享會。我向攜程投訴居然説爭取給我賠付30元？我不幹説了投訴到政府之後才勉強給我退了房費（平台墊付）並且還不打算告訴我對於酒店的處理結果。
後面我會一直盯着這個酒店。如果它還是這樣，我會到工商局和文旅局投訴酒店。到工信部投訴攜程平台審核通過並鼓勵傳播虛假訊息。這次這個酒店必須整改。

優點：民宿位置真的沒話説，除了一邊的希爾頓酒店有點擋視線，陽台望出去整個三亞灣一覽無餘。
缺點：除了地理位置這個優點我真的找不太出其他優點。房子是大概20多年前的裝修風格。除了客廳空調有重新更新過。其他設施真的無力吐槽。
1、電燈開關是缺的，開關時候有點危險；
2、一個房間空調遙控接觸不良，另外兩個房間空調共用一個遙控器；
3、淋浴區的燈是壞的，有長者小孩的，洗澡很容易發生意外。
4、窗簾老舊，都不敢重拉，生怕掉下來。
5、前台和住的地方其實不在一個小區。如果開車來的行李多，還得到隔壁小區開車，挺麻煩的。
6、剛上來時候，樓層電梯一直在發出警報。
雖然和前台反映以後，很快有人來修。但是整體入住體驗真的挺差的。因為海景房加的分也幾乎都被扣完了。
