The bed is very very hard in all rooms. Be careful.
We get a very old, smoked room. But this hotel also have a good enough rooms. Be very attentive. Do not book the cheapest room!
Construction site nearby!
Water pressure is weak.
Administrator is a very good man. 24/7 helps.

At the beginning there was a misunderstanding with the owner of the booking. but the owner soon decided the problem, providing the right option. The apartment is consistent with the description, a good view from the window, convenience according to the description. Just as a fact - a very solid bed, it is impossible to relax fully.

The location of this apartment is excellent near the sea side, trams and multiple eateries. The three rooms are great for families with six people.
Staff is helpful and responsive. Fantastic to have cooking equipment and rice cooker.
Areas of improvement could be about the working condition of things like plugs, sliding doors and kitchen equipment.

Facilities: Kitchen, bathroom and washing are all available. The floor-to-ceiling windows are very atmospheric. I am very lucky that the refrigerator and air conditioner work properly. The toilet flushing is not very good.
Hygiene: Clean, minimalist pure white style
Environment: In the Jinfenghuang Apartment Community next to the Jinfenghuang Hotel, check-in is in Room 1105 of Building A. I lived on the 6th floor of Building C. The king bed was upgraded to a twin bed for free. There is a free small swimming pool and mahjong table in the community. Next to the community is the Construction Bank and a large supermarket, as well as Qingbuliang and local specialty snack shops, and there are also vegetable carts.
A five-minute walk will take you to Haiyue Square, a long free beach coastline, which is very comfortable and quiet. Just walk in the opposite direction to the city.
Phoenix Island is just two kilometers away on the coastline
