The balcony of the suite I booked has a great sea view. The three rooms also have their own sea view, and the view is unobstructed. Downstairs, across the road, there is a beach, and there are places to eat and drink. The suite has a refrigerator and washing machine. There is a gym and swimming pool downstairs, two bathrooms, and it can accommodate 6 people. It is super cost-effective. I have always stayed in chain hotels before. This community-style homestay in Sanya is a big surprise. The environment is very good. I will recommend it to other friends next time.

兩房一廳，一個洗手間，大陽台，能看還，我是淡季住的258一晚，徒步走去海邊5分鐘，我去了三亞的n個海灘，酒店附近的這個海灘沙細，環境還可以，從住宿價格，房間環境各方面來看，性價比極高。現在説缺點，1洗手間衹有一間，4人（2户）入住不太方便，加上洗手間的抽風力度不太大，整個洗手間是又臭又濕，2房間的插座不夠，想坐得很舒適的一邊充電，一邊看手機有點難，除非加插排，3電梯卡衹有一張，我是4個人，一人拿了電梯卡出去，其他人就不太方便了，例如，4個人去游泳，因為衹有一個洗手間，所以如果你想提前10分鐘先回去洗澡，一張電梯卡是不是不方便。4我住的是3號樓，車要停4號樓，在4號樓的地下停車場是走不到3號樓這邊的，要先上1樓，在走過去。總結:這個價格，這個住宿環境，我覺得性價比很高，可以接受。希望能改善。
