The owner contacted me very considerately after booking the hotel, and turned on the air conditioner in advance before arriving. After checking in, the luggage was sent to the room. When the children were swimming, even though the parents were watching, the owner was still very responsible to watch the children. The room is very good and reasonable. This is a highly rated hotel recommended by Ctrip. I chose this hotel because I saw good reviews. When I booked, there was only one room type, so I booked it for two nights. I happened to receive a call from the hotel at the airport asking if I needed a pick-up. I told them the location and they picked me up and took me to the hotel very quickly. The location is indeed very close to the airport. It's 10 minutes to the hotel. At 2 o'clock, there was no clean room yet, so I left my luggage at the front desk. The staff said they would deliver the luggage to the room after cleaning. When I returned to the hotel at around 8 o'clock in the evening to get the room card, I found that the luggage was still at the front desk. They said casually that they forgot to deliver it to the room. It doesn't matter, just carry it yourself. The room is on the third floor. The staff would not be polite to help with the luggage, but it didn't matter. I took it to the room. The original key was still used to open the door, and the door lock was not easy to use. The booking interface showed that the room was equipped with a projection device. I had to ask for it before it was delivered to the room. I also had to find the projection location myself. Not every room has a screen. I haven't seen the welcome fruit for two days. It was also because I didn't ask, so it just reduced costs. There were still two pairs of the same small slippers in the room. I asked the staff if I needed a big pair. The sister who was cleaning found a pair that someone else had worn from another room. I asked if this was someone else's, and the sister said you can just brush it yourself. Is this service? I don't know where the hair got stuck on the bathroom door. The room is equipped with a smart toilet. The washing and bathing is very useful, but the hand soap was used up when I moved in on the first day. It was checked like this. You have to tell me in advance if you want to continue your stay and the cleaning will not be done without you. When I checked the room status in other hotels, they cleaned normally when no one was there. Maybe this is different from homestays. They sent a WeChat message one day in advance to ask if I need breakfast the next day and what time it is. It was useless to reply. It was not cooked the next day. I waited for it to be cooked. There were only two noodles and a pickle. I stayed in Sanya for several days and stayed in several homestays. I feel that this one has a low cost performance. It is not worth the price. There is really no service. The hotel is just two three-story buildings in a small courtyard. There is still a small dirt road at the gate. There is noise from nearby chickens early in the morning.
