Sanya Oakwood BiXuan Hotel

The room looked nice from the pictures on Ctrip, and was actually quite new, but everything else was unsightly. 1. The entrance of the hotel is in a small community, then in a unit building, and there is a reception desk that doesn't look like a reception desk. 2. No service at all. The staff sits on the chair and looks up to talk to you. 3. The room was not in good condition when I checked in, which was understandable. The luggage was stored directly behind the so-called front desk (a cabinet was full of express and some sundries), and there was no need to check in. I had to take a photo. 4. After checking in, the room was 3602. It looked like it had just been renovated and was very new. There was also cleansing milk on the washstand in the new room. 5. There were no slippers in the room, not even disposable ones. I wanted to call the front desk to get them, but found that there was no phone in the room. 6. I had to go downstairs to find the front desk, and they actually said, "Didn't I give you slippers?" After rummaging through the cabinet behind the front desk, he took out a pair of disposable slippers. 7. The soundproofing is not good, but someone did ring the doorbell in the middle of the night. After midnight but before one, there was a clear doorbell sound. Later, I heard a door closing sound, which might be from another room, but the doorbell was in my room as shown in the picture. And I found that the room door could not be locked from the inside. Construction work had already started on other floors very early in the morning. 8. This morning when I checked out, I finally understood why the front desk staff asked me if I wanted to have breakfast when I checked in. I said I wanted to have breakfast, but it wasn't included, so why did you ask if I wanted breakfast? I went to the restaurant this morning and discovered that this was the first time in my life that the nearly 500 yuan room rate including breakfast did not have a single hot dish. There was a plate of pickled mustard, a plate of black fungus and cucumber cold dish, some corn, and the hot dish pot was empty. I ate two pieces of corn, and then I went back to the room and took the breakfast that the front desk had packed for me in the morning, otherwise I would have let my stomach down. 9. When checking out, the front desk staff was still sitting on the chair, looking at you with disdain, so I checked out quietly. 10. I don’t know why Ctrip would include such a hotel, and why the room fee is so high (the standard price is over 1,000, but 497 after various discounts for so-called level members).

住了這麼多酒店，這家酒店的服務真的讓我印象深刻。不管遇到什麼問題，前台都很積極。房間裏的設施都很新，沒異味，採光很好，特別是那個智能電視，操作起來太方便了。酒店的環境也很好，去哪裡都方便，千古情和海旅免税城都在附近。

服務非常好，前台接待人員素質很高。辦理流程也很順利，房間也很好找。公寓式的酒店。房間配套很齊全。整體入住下來感受不錯。如果有什麼問題，前台有微信可以添加。有問題都可以發羣裏，也會第一時間解決。衞生做的也不錯，如果有特殊指定區域要打掃的，阿姨都會很細心的打掃到。值得推薦。

設施：完善，公寓式酒店。房間配備廚房，沒有廚房用具，如果有需要，自己買點做飯用具就可以。 服務：服務很贊，前天非常熱情，有什麼疑問都可以問，很熱心的解答。感謝感謝 衞生：房間衞生很乾凈。床被用品晚上睡覺都很舒服。衞生乾淨，這方面還是可以放心入住的。 環境：出門逛街、吃飯都很方便。附近配套都很完善。

來三亞短暫放鬆，酒店位置安靜，離景區和商場都近，勞逸結合超方便。前台服務好，幫忙選了安靜的房間。房間乾淨整潔，能安心休息。白天去景區放空，晚上回酒店在安靜的茶室複習，緊綳的神經一下就放鬆了，太適合我這種考研人忙裡偷閒。
