Good points of this place: 1. the room is very clean l, everything is new and even if there are constructions undergoing they menage to keep everything as clean as possible. If cleaness is really important for you, then this place is for you. 2. The amenities are brend new, the washing machine is absolutely among the best in the world, I have one of them at my home. 3. The room is spacious, there are places to eat, to rest, to work, to sleep. It is perfect for 2 eveb 3 people. 4. Menagers are kind and available and very helpful so is all the personnel. Bed points: 1. position (and hence the view): this place is not in a good position for Sanya, we had to take taxi (Didi) to go everywhere. If you are staying 3-4 days maybe an hotel close to the beach is better. 2. Noise: there is airport and a school: I didn't mind and we slept very well, but if for you silence is mandatory, then maybe think about it. On the other hand no traffic noise or any night noise, so this is good. My overall impression is that this place is very good if you need an apartment as you come for work or with small children and especially for a long period ( more than 6-7 days).

Most of the items included in the reservation price were not available. I rented cooking utensils, pot, pan for 30 yuan per day. The room was completely different from the one I booked. It was not comfortable. I regret booking this hotel.
