優點：服務不錯，感謝前台免費升級住房。
缺點：
1.101房間下水道的味道，廁所的味道非常的大且重，瀰漫全屋散不出去，薰的頭暈眼花，睡不着覺。
2.説好12點入住，開始以沒房退出，後面説同意客人延退房間，那就不要在平台上虛假宣傳。
3.枕頭不是很舒服
4.靠近水池，水池裡人來人往，很嘈雜，私密性一般。
5.房間裏下水道的聲音非常的響，很影響休息。

第一：新開的，味道超大。定了一樓和3樓兩個房間，特別一樓味道超大。電梯味道也很重。
第二：新開的，不知道為什麼設施這麼差，小朋友走到門後面蹭了一身的灰。
第三：在村裡麪，車停在客棧門口，短短兩個小時，就被颳了。
第四：服務一般。晚上喊前台搞衞生，讓我自己去搞。對比同價位的民宿，服務跟不上。
第五：客棧二期工程正在施工，怕吵的千萬別住。

酒店位置挺好找，房間很新很明亮，裝修非常有情調，辦理入住的時候前台服務熱情且專業，門口就有停車位，還有小電驢出租，離亞龍灣也近，性價比很高，來度假是不錯的選擇。

十二樾酒店真是充滿藝術氣息，大堂設計非常有特色。天氣非常好，陽光撒在泳池的水面上折射在天花板上，太美了，聽説老闆是設計師，不愧為博後的網紅打卡酒店。酒店設施齊全，大堂吧咖啡暢飲還有茶點，服務也堪稱一流，下次來三亞首選這家！
