首先老闆服務非常好，我買了葯還幫我放在冰箱裏。所有的民宿都沒有電梯，但是老闆會幫我們把箱子提到三樓。床墊略硬，洗臉池下面有根管子，上面洗臉，下面管子就流水，經常會打濕衣服。沒有燒水壺，這一點有些不方便，但是老闆會在樓下準備了壺，大家可以去打水，我們在3樓會覺得下樓打水很不方便。可能這邊天熱，大家也沒有什麼喝熱水的需求，我是帶着長者必須要喝熱水的。位置很好，下樓100米到海邊，是一個非常浪漫的地方，吃喝也都還方便，公交車也很近。

太破了 床很硬 就是木板上面鋪了一個墊子 現在哪裡還有這種住宿環境 洗澡水也很小 熱水器不自己打開根本沒有熱水老闆真會省電 空調噪音也很大 窗户也不隔音 更抓馬的是剛到房間沒一會正洗着澡呢突然斷電了 住在這全是因為房間訂晚了其他沒有房間了 睡一晚就辦退房換地方了 給我最直接的感受就是老闆根本不是用心做民宿 怎麼省錢怎麼裝修 枕頭也是最便宜的 枕的難受的不行 也沒電梯 民宿裏的人也不幫忙抬一下行李 幸虧我們通行的有一個男生 衹有女生出來旅遊的不建議住

新店裝修房間乾淨温馨，房間很寬敞，房間設施設備齊全，前台回覆信息速度快，周邊吃喝的很多，最美一家民宿會幫忙提行李，距海邊不到一分鐘，沒有海浪的喧囂服務一流！民宿真的是旅行很性價比的選擇，老闆人很好，熱情大方，推薦給各位來三亞的旅遊的朋友！
