I had few nights stay and liked this hotel room spacecious and clean. The owner Mr Chang is a down to earth person, very friendly and helpful even knowledgeable if any queries, he would delighted to share and guide you at all things. You feel like home for the enviroment here
Somethings to add on, my room have a balcony and I even have a small pantry with kitchen utensils for cooking
The hotel in a strategic location about 5 mins walk from Bus station and you can catch local buses to places with min RMB2 or more depends on area and distance of destination
By the way, It is hastle free to feed your tummy as there are some local food restaurants and convenience stalls around the corner. Don't forget to the 1st night market about 10 mins by bus
It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to my friends. Thank You Mr Chang for your unconditional service and I have had a wonderful stay at your place

Location is fantastic! Along Sanya Bay with a bus stop just opposite which can take you to Yalong Bay and Lu Hui Tou park and Dadonghai shopping centre. The Xinfeng street tram stop is only about 100 m away. Nearby is a shopping mall with a supermarket. Many eateries nearby too.
The place is run by a friendly elderly couple. The room was spacious and airy with a view of the sea. It has a fridge which was very useful.
If we come back to Sanya, would stay here again. Highly recommended!

The place is good, just be careful when you have to check-in because it’s in a different building. The owner is amazing, kind and helped a lot (if you can speak Chinese) but anyway he’s gonna do his best to assist you. The location is good, just in front of the seaside and by a walking distance from the main bus stops that allows you to explore the city. I really recommend to everyone this place !!!

Friendly auntie owner. Block 1 of Area B. Right opposite the beach at a good location. 12mins walk to bus stop at renmin hospital which takes you to nanshan guanyin.

Stayed one week in two rooms, 3 nights balcony, 4 nights with better seaview. Location is great. Rooms are clean. The previous guests smoked, I opened windows and door for a few hours, ocean breeze got rid of smoking. One bathroom sewer smells little, just turn on ventilation fun, stay on if you are in room.
Bus 8 from airport stops at ‘新风街口’, 50m from property, ￥5. Crossing street is Sanya bay, residents’ beach, accessible 24/7. Pedestrian street and underground mall are within fifteen minutes walking distance. With so many restaurants nearby, the rule is always ‘go with the crowds’.
Buses to ‘大东海‘ – public beach, 30 minutes away, better sand, blue water, kind of tourism, many Russian friends. ‘亚龙湾‘ is another 30 minutes farther, the most beautiful public beach, but also most commercialized.
The owners in their late 60s, will fulfill all reasonable requests day or night, eager to learn English at this age, respectful, trustworthy.
If you seek luxury, this place is not for you. If you want to live like local, book it when it’s available.
