Hanting Hotel (Sanya Phoenix Airport Huihui Road Branch)

I often come to Sanya on business and travel with my family. The price of this newly opened Hanting hotel is similar to that of surrounding B&Bs, but the overall service is simply better than other hotels a few blocks away. The breakfast is great and the hotel also provides free pick-up and drop-off. The machine was used, and there were dozens of dollars left, which was a perfect score.

First of all, the room hygiene was not done well. As soon as I walked in, I felt it was full of dust. Then there was something foreign in the cup. Secondly, the sound insulation is very poor. The rumbling sounds of airplanes, the sounds of vehicles passing by on the road, and the crowing of chickens are all heard in my ears, making it impossible to rest. I originally wanted to rest when I was very tired, but it turned out that I couldn't sleep in this environment. This is my first time staying in such a bad hotel.

There was a strange smell in the room, like the smell of sewer water. The front desk helped to change the room, but it still smelled bad! Moreover, the hotel has only been open for half a month, and the water in the bathroom is very small and not hot. It rained at night, with the sound of rain and airplanes, making it difficult to sleep at all. The kind of difference that makes you want to return where you are!

小細節看出酒店的用心。電梯刷卡上樓的，很安全。外賣也是酒店機器人會給送到房間，房間床很大，設備齊全，衞生幹浄，物品擺放整齊、有序，衞生間乾濕分離，酒店餐廳佈置很温馨，早餐很豐盛，菜品很多，口感不錯，餐廳員工也熱情，周到，很滿意。出門前詢問前台員工當地有什麼好玩的，非常熱情的給我們介紹，還給我們拿了礦泉水，提醒我們天氣涼，加衣服之類的，真的太貼心了!酒店服務非常好，這次入住很滿意

房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適柔軟，睡了一覺起來感覺格外精神。房間配備了齊全的現代化設施，智能門鎖、高速無線網絡等一應俱全，辦公桌椅舒適，燈光設計也很合理，方便我處理工作。衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴噴頭水壓穩定，熱水供應充足，洗漱用品品質上乘，味道也很好聞。酒店的餐廳早餐種類豐富多樣，從傳統的中式早點到西式的麪包、咖啡，應有盡有，食材新鮮，味道可口，能為一天的開始提供滿滿的能量。晚餐我也嘗試了酒店的中餐廳，菜品精緻，色香味俱佳，廚師的廚藝精湛，每一道菜都能感受到他們的用心。

首先，房間衞生挺差的，特意交代打掃衞生，結果只是更換了拖鞋毛巾，連桌子上的飲料瓶保潔都不知道拿走。其次，房間早晨有聲音，一直咚咚咚地響，有睡眠障礙的朋友請避雷。另外，房間衞生間有異味，下水道口反上來的，洗頭時有一股腥味。本以為新開的酒店會很乾凈，結果真的大失所望。
