訂房前忘記看位置，比較偏僻在一個村子裏麪。整體環境都很一般，衞生也一般。最後一天有個女前台服務態度都挺好的，其他兩個都不太行，特別是那個男前台。廁所叫重新刷了都有點臟，洗漱盆裏一層油膜有點粘膩。司機大哥比較熱情。訂的豪華大床但是房間裏面有根大柱子很礙事（就在床的另一側），但是第一天到的太晚了就沒提出換房間，第二天提出換房間的時候説每個房間都有柱子，還是我説了訂的時候房間圖片沒有柱子才説等第二天客人退房給我換房間。總共住了好幾晚，體驗感都有點差。一般般吧這個酒店。優點就是所有用具都是一次性的，這點比較乾淨衞生，打掃的阿姨也挺好，整理房間很乾凈。

在三亞能團到那麼好的酒店，真的很幸運。1.酒店去年開業的，床品、設施都很新，對於有潔癖的我來説，太好了。2.酒店有桌球室、游泳池、超市、露營帳篷燒烤，真的太齊全了。3.酒店房間很乾凈，床品也很新，還有洗衣機，晚上睡覺也很安靜，酒店大廳還有閲讀書籍，太不錯了，4.酒店的所有工作人員都很耐心，服務真的超級好，我訂的一晚，還送我送機一次，且允許我延遲退房了，其他酒店肯定是不允許的，還有酒店的廚師炒的菜，真的好吃。我覺得這個酒店綜合考評是100分，這樣的寶藏酒店希望更多的朋友能來體驗。還有就是距離天涯海角、西島、天涯小鎮都是比較近的。

有接機和送機服務非常方便！小姐姐小哥哥人都很好，會幫忙拿行李跟你打招呼，還有早餐供應！離天涯區的幾個景點都挺近，打滴滴很方便！下面還有超市，就是時間緊，沒有玩到桌球，有機會還想去三亞玩。愉快的一次旅行～

酒店是今年新開的，所有東西都很新，新開的酒店房間竟然沒有異味，毛巾洗臉巾都是用的一次性的，這點蠻好的。酒店前台小姐姐人特別好，主動幫我們拿行李。酒店還有個孩子們超愛的泳池，遊樂場，還有一個特別大的露營基地👍👍
