HINZE Hotel (Sanya Phoenix International Airport)

It is close to the airport. It is a newly renovated hotel. The smell is quite strong. Fortunately, the suite we booked is not facing the airport. We can only sleep with the window open at night, otherwise the throat will be irritated and very uncomfortable. The room is big enough and the facilities are good. The flight was cancelled temporarily and we stayed for one night. The rooftop can watch the planes take off and land at the airport. The service is average. There is free airport pick-up service, which is quite convenient. There are 3 free drinks in the refrigerator. The location is a bit remote and there is no place to sell things next to it.

The sound insulation is very good, the room is large, and there is a pick-up and drop-off from the airport in the early morning. The price-performance ratio is very good

The hotel room is clean and tidy, the service of the brother and sister is particularly good. It is difficult to get a taxi during the Chinese New Year. Seeing that there are elderly people and children in our two families, they are willing to take us out in a private car after communication. The hotel is located about 2 kilometers away from the center of eating. You can go out to ride a shared electric bike or a bicycle, which is very convenient. In the morning, you can hear the crowing of chickens and barking of dogs. There are chickens lining up to catch insects at the door of the hotel. It is relaxing on vacation, with a strong rural atmosphere, comfortable and cozy.

In terms of facilities and environment, this is the most comfortable hotel I think. The viewing angle is really good, the sound insulation is also good, and it won't make noise when sleeping. The room is comfortable and spacious. The transportation is convenient. You can rent an electric car to Tianya Town, Tianya Haijiao, Nanshan Scenic Area a little further away, and Coconut Dream Corridor in the other direction. All can be done in one stop on the same road. The bad thing is that the service is not very enthusiastic, which is inferior to the accommodation for so many days. And I want to ask the front desk for two more bottles of mineral water and I have to pay for it. I found out that there is direct drinking hot water in the lobby.

The room is new, the facilities are smart, the area is spacious, the bathroom is clean, especially the handsome waiter who checked out the next day was also very helpful, helping to call a taxi and busying himself with this and that. The only drawback is that the room is arranged on the lower floor of the hotel and the airport cannot be seen. I wanted my baby to see the planes👀 but unfortunately I could only hear the sound of the planes✈️🛫, which is a pity.

The room type information did not match the reservation for the computer room. The room type information stated that it was on the 4th floor, but in fact only the rooms on the third floor were arranged. When I asked the front desk, the front desk told me in a very stiff tone that the fourth floor was full and only the third floor was available. Then when I arrived in the room, I found that I could only see the trees on the roadside and not the airport outside the window. This was the so-called computer viewing room.
