Booked a deluxe two-bedroom suite, but was placed directly in the basement when I arrived. The lobby is on the second floor. I took the elevator down to the first floor to check in. My room was directly between the restaurant and the back hall. As soon as I entered the room, there was a gecko on the door frame facing the swimming pool. I was totally scared. In short, if you see that there are not many rooms left when booking, don't book it, or you might be arranged to stay in the basement. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.
